After a disappointing dealer experience at Miller Jeep in Martinsburg WV, we brought out new 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to Safford in Winchester VA for service, where we’ve been happy customers for the past seven years. Everything about their service delivery is focused on quality and customer satisfaction, and this past week that track record led us to purchase a new Wrangler JL from the Safford team. Our friendly and easy going sales team member, Jerry, was more than happy to show us all the new features of the JL redesign, while we were waiting, which ultimately led to our decision to trade in the old Jeep for the new one. The best car buying experience I’ve ever had — not a particle of pressure or discontent — with complete transparency on discounts, trade in value, and adjustment for work performed on the old vehicle before before we decided to buy the new one. Shopping for a replacement vehicle, I did a lot of research on an automotive pricing and information website/app and narrowed my preferences down to two very popular models. We traveled many miles north of us and visited several dealerships but didn't feel good about doing business with any of them.
I decided to do another search and found my vehicle right in my own backyard, as it were. James M., my sales rep, responded to the inquiry I placed on the aforementioned website. We set up a morning appointment for the next day.
From the moment I walked in, on the test drive, and eventually sealing the deal, the experience was as pleasant and smooth as one can expect. James was robustly accommodating, friendly, but not high pressure at all.
The staff in the finance department were a pleasure to work with as well. They exceeded my expectations on my financing needs.
As for the vehicle. It was in tip-top shape: clean, serviced and ready for its new owner... namely yours truly.
I am a very happy customer and without reservation recommend Umanksy (formerly Brown) Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep.

Absolutely do not buy or trust this dealership! They (Rich Donavich, aka, "Sale Professional", a term they seem to use very loosely at this establishment), had been working with my son who is in the Air Force to buy a car for over 4 days. My son asked if he needed to go ahead and put a deposit down and Rich the salesman said, "no you do not, I will hold it for you, go ahead and get your loan approved first." In the mean time my son went ahead and got approved through USAA and called Rich back today and Rich told him what the final price would be. My son then called back and asked for his email to send over the pre approved email from USAA that Rich needed to fill out. Rich then told my son that someone was there looking at the car and they bought it from RICH!! The same guy that was working with my son, WOW! I then called the dealership myself and talked to Rich and Chris (used sales car manager), who told us they would call us back and that they were trying to get my son's car back. We then received a call back from Rich and Chris and was told that the owner "Norman" ("Boss", nice role model) approved the sale and would not allow them to reverse the sale that was sold from under my son's feet.(Must be a real great guy!! You know Norman, karma) Sell a car right from a kid who is serving our country, yet Norman and his flunkies have the gall to fly the American Flag, what a disgrace! This is how they treat our military men & women. This is an absolute shame my son was so excited for this car that he worked so hard for and saved for. This is an absolute disgrace and I would never recommend this dealership or the folks that work at this side show circus! Funny Norman, how you have time for your customers to make you rich and are sooo busy that you actually have zero time to talk with them, or time for a phone call to help correct something that your dealership did to wrong to a client, yet more so a military person! Funny how money makes one become..

I took my Grand Cherokee to get service and repairs. After 6 months of poor and incomplete work done by their mechanics, I will never return. So sad because they are the closest dealer. They can't even get a recall repair right.

My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident MD 7 weeks ago. Needless to say it is still not fixed. The first week they had other work and could not look at my car to the end of the week (totally understand) The second week they informed me that it was the timing belt that broke, later that week they informed me that some of the valves were not holding pressure, resulting in them having to take the engine apart for repair. Weeks 3-5 they were ripping the motor apart and waiting for back ordered parts. On saturday at the end of week 6 after calling they informed me that it was all good it just needed to be timed. I called back tuesday where they again informed me its all good just needs timed.. so i called today (2-20-2014) to confirm the time i can pick up my car friday, only to be informed that there is still a cyclinder issues and it may be ready next week. As of right now Dodge corprate has "launched" a service review/investigation. After having Dodge HQ call them the service manager said he would provide me a rental car. If the service department is a example of this dealership i would stay very far away. Just a finishing note- They have never called me to update me on the repair work, i have had to call them everytime. Please beware.
What Customer Service? - DaGrinch
Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.

This dealership is family owned and treats you as an extension of their family. Sales team works as one unit getting you the best deal you'll find in the area. Sales staff works hard finding you the right vehicle even if it means taking the time locating one with in their dealership network. My sales rep Ben Hathway wasn't pushy nor did he persuasive me to give up certain amenities just to make the sale. I truly loved buying my new 2013 Ram 2500 diesel because Ben was able to make my buying experience almost hassle free, unlike all the other dealerships I dealt with. Ben made sure, since I was new to the Ram family, that i was comfortable with my new truck by explaining all the different features and benefits that came with buying a truck at Rotolo's Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I would recommend everyone to stop in, if your in the market for a new vehicle. After buying my new truck, I even convinced my brother to stop in and he purchased a new Ram diesel just due to the fact of the friendly atmosphere.
