My experience at this dealership was wonderful. The staff was very welcoming, including Josh, Jasmine, Craig, and Debra specifically. They helped me find the car that fit my wants and needs as well as trade in my old car for an appropriate value. They also assisted me with understanding paperwork and tasks that I needed to complete. Finally, I was able to get a sunroof in my vehicle, and during its installation I was provided with a rental car.

JC called me and told me that some of the things on the list I didn't need done unless I was having problems with the way the truck was running. I told him that I wasn't, but I was going on a trip with the truck and just wanted to be sure I was good to go. JC assured me of what I needed and what could wait. Saved me a bunch of money!

Fed up with promises!! - Dee
I purchased a leftover 2016 Dodge Charger back in February 2017. (I traded in my 2012 Charger which I bought at Deacon Jones, and I traded in another used Charger which I had bought here as well.) I test drove the vehicle that day, and everything was great. Got back to the dealership and began the financing part. I had told Malinda that the most I could afford for a payment was $200/month. I really didn't think that I could afford a brand new car. After a little back and forth, they got the payments down to $220. I was still hesitant, but thought about a gym membership that I could give up, and that would cover the extra $20 so I agreed. At this point they took the car back to be detailed (this took quite a while and considering it didn't look all that great when they were done!!) I got all the financial paperwork completed and it was time to go out and transfer my belongings from the old car to the new one. Obviously I was very excited, and because of how long it took to get finished, I was eager to get home. Upon arriving home, my son came out to look at the car. (He wasn't expecting me to come home with a new car!) After looking at the outside and features, he sat in the passenger seat to look around the inside. Imagine my surprise, and HUGE disappointment, when he asked me if I had seen this slit in the dashboard and did I get money off because of it? Well, that slit (approximately and inch long and a clean cut) was NOT There when I test drove it!! I returned to the dealership immediately and showed my sales person, Malinda. She did not recall it being there during the test drive either. I asked what could be done, and she went to the sales manager. I was told that someone would call me on Monday to discuss the options. Monday came and went with no call. I waited all day on Tuesday - no call! So I called Malinda and asked what was going on. I got excuses and told he will call you tomorrow. Long story shortened - it took 3+ weeks for anyone to "fix" the slit. The company that they used to come and try to "glue" it shut kept putting me off and they FINALLY came to my house on EASTER SUNDAY!!! He was able to close the slit and it looked halfway decent - although you could still see that there was a blemish. The guy told me he could not guarantee how long it would hold. I accepted it and moved on. Well, a little over a month ago I noticed that it had split apart again. I contacted Malinda and said that something needed to be done to fix this completely! That was over 3 weeks ago, including a visit to the dealership 8/25 to complain about no one calling me, and STILL, today 8/31/2017 NO ONE HAS CALLED ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been dealing with Hendrick Chrysler Jeep Dealership and I thought I was getting a great deal from the 2 JEEP I ave brought from them as far as the salemen go they were also Dave & Lumark but as far as the rest as the GM Brandon Mark Andy They do not care what they have to do to get you into a bigger burdens they the one you were in before you got there They lied to me about my 2016 Jeep wrangler rhd that they had paid it off 37000.00 and I didnt have nothing to worry about it was out of my hand. I can get a car that was in my buget range they got me a buget alright that mislead and lied to me got my mother that is 79 yrs old deaf in one ear and has Had A stroke in the past ask me to have her cosigned for me which she did but now instead of me being 37000 in the hold my mother is I think yes I got the Deal of The CENTURY No I wouldnt recommend this service
