Remarkable service. We had our 2017 Jeep Cherokee serviced here after an ongoing issue which caused our blower motor to need to be replaced 5 times at other dealerships. We had been mistreated and given the runaround by other incompetent Raleigh dealerships, but this dealership stepped up, without appointment, and outdid themselves. Jerry H, Ryan M, and George D worked as a team to fix our issue and we are beyond thankful. The atmosphere was quaint, but welcoming and they eased our worries. I went down to look at a truck that had been quoted a price! When I got there the person I spoke with was no where to be found the manager said it was not the price it was the price if you qualify for every rebate! Like a fool I still gave them a shot shame on me it has been lies lies and more lies. Waiting for my registration which they lied and said they had done! Checked with registry and found out it has not been done. So I have a truck I can’t drive without a registration and now the I insurance will be canceled because it isn’t registered! A brand new truck and it sits in driveway giving one star because you have to give something or you can’t post it

I was interested in trading in my 2016 Dodge Challenger towards a new 2 door Jeep. I hadn't built equity, so I knew that I would lose out regardless. My soon to be wife and I went to this dealership since it was close to us. When we got there, we met a salesman named James. From the get go, he seemed not to interested in helping us - barely showing us any Jeeps, and mainly ignoring my fiance. First of all - she has had a Jeep for over two years, so her input was obviously valuable to me. She kept asking him questions, he would barely answer/acknowledge her, but kept talking to me. I explained, more than once, that this was a purchase decision for us both - not just my decision. I found a Jeep that I really wanted - a 2018 Jeep JK Willy's. They test drove the car and gave us the number for the trade in - let me say again, I knew that I was going to lose out due to no equity built up. So, James was typing stuff up on the computer, then while my fiance went to the restroom, decided to tell me "Sorry, I don't think we can work anything out - this would be too much for you". Keep in mind, he didn't give any numbers or anything - barely did ANYTHING. He decided for us that it would be too expensive, rather than letting us, the buyers, make the call. Needless to say, I was a little stunned and taken aback. We left the dealership and once I got home, was contacted by another Leith Jeep dealership on Capital Blvd (I had put out feelers at several dealerships). I replied back to them that after our experience with James at Leith Auto Park, I wished not to do business with any Leith dealership. They called me and apologized and stated that they would do what they could to get me into a Jeep. So, my fiance and I went the next day to hear what they had to say. They treated us with respect and kindness. This is what a dealership should do. In fact, they went as far as to get the 2018 Jeep JK Willy's model I wanted from the AutoPark location for me. So, I am happy with the Leith Chrysler Jeep dealership in Raleigh, NC on Capital Blvd, but not the Leith AutoPark Chrysler Jeep dealership in Cary.
Worst dealer ever - Benson
On March 3rd, i found my dream car on Deacon Jones dodge website. I went onto USAA website to go through the car buying serivce. Shortly after someone called me from The dealership by the name of lee. He dealt with internet leads. We were discussing the car I wanted and I confirmed the price which was $39,609. I was eligible for a $1k usaa discount bringing the price down to $38,609. That was before I even arrived to do any negotiating. I left less than 30 minutes after getting off the phone with Lee and made the hour and a half drive. Upon arriving they took my car to appraise it while i went On a test drive. Came back from my test drive and the salesman brought me the paperwork with all the pricing. To my surprise the car was $46k. A little confused i told The salesman the price was $39,609 online before any additional discounts. Went online to see that within an hour and a half the price had been changed. I didnt Care what it currently said because when i called I had Discussed the price and felt like that’s what i should’ve gotten it for. The salesman went to get the finance manager. He came out and i explained to him the situation. He said “well i can’t do it for that” in a very rude way. I told him to give me my keys and i left. I contacted corporate while sitting in the parking lot and will not let this go until something is done to my satisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership if they gave cars away. False advertising and terrible managers.

I have been dealing with Hendrick Chrysler Jeep Dealership and I thought I was getting a great deal from the 2 JEEP I ave brought from them as far as the salemen go they were also Dave & Lumark but as far as the rest as the GM Brandon Mark Andy They do not care what they have to do to get you into a bigger burdens they the one you were in before you got there They lied to me about my 2016 Jeep wrangler rhd that they had paid it off 37000.00 and I didnt have nothing to worry about it was out of my hand. I can get a car that was in my buget range they got me a buget alright that mislead and lied to me got my mother that is 79 yrs old deaf in one ear and has Had A stroke in the past ask me to have her cosigned for me which she did but now instead of me being 37000 in the hold my mother is I think yes I got the Deal of The CENTURY No I wouldnt recommend this service
