Excellent Service Always - F150 Man
The Dan Wise Chevrolet Service Department has become my trusted partner for all of my repair needs. They are fast, friendly and they are above all, Honest! They will not try to fix anything that is not broken and I have never had them run the "Let's try this and see if it works" game on me. Their engineers know their job and diagnose and repair the correct problem, even if it is not a Chevrolet vehicle. Dan May always gives honest and accurate estimates on both price and time needed for repairs. If you have not tried these folks for your repair needs, then give them a call!
The GREATEST - Deanert315
I came to have steps and a cover put on the back of the truck. The the guy took time to show me how the cover worked.
Great staff - topsail
Great service and explanations with work done. One thing though, please leave key in car and lock since I pick up after hours. I ask each time to lock key inside but it's never in car. Inconvenient to go back and pick it up. Otherwise staff are knowledgeable and helpful and a pleasure to work with!
service Tahoe - flamingo girl
LBJ has the most friendly and knowledgeable staff. Never have a problem with getting my Tahoe serviced and cleaned. And they always remind me when service is needed.

Truck repairs, AC. Heat, when AC was on. - AC-man 516
My experience with Chevrolet of Goldsboro's service department was excellent. The server staff were very helpful. This was my third visit with the same problem. (AC) the problem was found. I will be back soon so they can finish the job.
The Definition of customer Service - NCSooner
We were directed to this dealership by a friend who had good experience with them. My daughter had just totaled her car and we were coming in from out of town to replace. They made the buying process very easy and low pressure. That was just the start. They made my daughter, who was very shooken up from her accident feel very comfortable. They also let her know that they were there to help her with any car issues she had. Living 2 hrs away, this made a Dad feel good. They have been very helpful after the sale with tags etc. They will also make sure she keeps car serviced and in warranty. Very pleased and thankful. Thomas is Da Man!
Great people! - Llandis

Oil change tire rotation - notsmokin54
Leanna, The service representative, was very nice and helpful, Ive gone thru her numerous times on the service of my 2006 Pontiac Solstice. She has excellent customer service skill. My car was serviced in a timely fashion. I take great pride in the cleanliness of my car. After I got home, I noticed oily finger prints on my driver side door, hood, and all four wheels. I did not expect this from The Deacon. I have done a lot of business with the Deacon dealership since 1994. I am a retired aircraft mechanic and fully understand the mess created during oil changes and tire maintenance. Wear clean gloves each time you service a vehicle and clean up afterwards. Please,
Service department lies - lividlib
We took our car in for recall work. We caught them in many lies. We ended up taking the car to another dealership's service department. It was proven there that either they did not do the work at all or they put in faulty parts.
Repairs left my daughter stranded - stevep
My daughter was coming home from school and her car broke down. Don Bullock service department made repairs and charged her $238. The car broke down 30 miles south on I-95 putting my daughter in danger on the interstate. I towed her vehicle home and was told the repairs would need to be done again because the problem was more extensive than the parts they changed. I have asked Curt the service manager for help and he offered none. DON'T PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS IN DANGER. DON"T USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT
The service has been outstanding and the people are... - AGhost
The service has been outstanding and the people are friendly. I consider myself fortunate to be able to deal with folks that treat you like more than just a dollar.
Terrible experience, from the sale to service stay away - Cr8390
Dont go to John heister fuquay, they will rip you off. Everytime i go in there they have a huge list of repairs or preventive maintenance that needs to be done. But when I bring it to my dad who owns a repair shop he tells me the complete opposite.
Nothing but bad problems everytime I'm in for service, 4+ times.
Stay far away from there dealership all together.
Even there certified cars are crap and are barley gone through. If you don't believe me check all the other reviews on here of people who bought certified preowned cars through them.
They sell cars with no tire tread and that are cracked and dry rotting. Not to mention my rear spoiler was taped on to the back of the car by the dealership and almost flew off on the highway. My heated seats didn't work and the trunk button didn't work. Thankfully the seats and the trunk they covered under warranty. They scratched my painted rims on multiple occasions with there alignment machine and then the last time they decided to try and power wash my wheels which peeled the paint real bad.
I bought tires from them, $500 for 2 tires, 3 months ago after less then 10000 miles there telling me I need new ones again because they were over inflated. But they supposedly checked and adjusted the tire pressure every month when I go in for a oil change. But they said it's not there fault and they won't cover anything.
Also Come to find out they screwed me on the tires i purchased. According to bfgoodrich the dealership sold me tires with no factory warranty. But for only $30 extra dollars they could have sold me the exact same tire with a 25000 mile warranty.
The only decent people there that will help you out in anyway are far and few between. There service manger Phillip is extremely rude and disrespectful. Service advisor Jocelyn and the general manager Ken were the only useful, polite people there. They were the only reason I went to the fuquay location instead of lilllington when I need a oil change or warranty work. But my last visit was the last straw and I will never set foot in the fuquay location, only if I have to will I even go lilllington.
I can go on and on about this dealerships terrible service, broken "certified" preowned cars and how they don't stand behind what they sell. If you must go to the dealership go to Leith or Hendrick.
