Body shop - Terry B Thomas
Dee Riede was very helpful and knowledgeable about what my car needed. She phoned the next day to let me know the progress and was very pleasant. This was the 2nd time I have needed body work and I will definitely go back again if needed. The paint match was awesome. My Camaro looked new when the body shop finished. I'm happy with the results.

I was personally greeted by John Fey of the service department. I had tires replaced, mounted and balanced. John accommodated my schedule to assist me. John is professional and personable. I would recommend him to help my friends and neighbors. Thank you John he is the best!
Horrible service department - Someone getting in contact with GM
I made an appointment for my 2014 Silverado LTZ Z71 a week prior for an oil change and tire rotation, some recalls, and a faulty trailer brake system message , with a request for a loaner. I showed up for my appointment at 10:00 as I figured no loaner but no big deal. Before I left the service rep told me I would need a 100 dollar diagnostic that won't be covered by warranty I said ok and made sure they could actually do the tire rotation without messing up the sensors (this already happened at another dealership). He assured me they would be fine and they would never do what the other Chevrolet dealership did. A few hours later I received a call saying I needed to pay for new sensors that would not be covered by warranty and they found the reason I was getting the trailer brake message and that would not be covered either. I was agrivated at this point because he never asked what type of warranty I even had and wanted 600 dollars for something I warned him about before I left my truck. I declined the 600 dollar fix and asked to get my truck back, the rep told me he would call when it was ready. I never received a call or message so I called about 10 minutes before they closed, they told me my truck had been ready but they were about to close so I would have to pick it up the following day. I was there right when they opened greeted by three guys at the desk like something was going to happen. I thought it was kind of funny but just wanted to leave as quickly as possible so I did not lose my temper. All in I paid 150 dollars for an oil change and my truck in worse shape than when I brought it there. Now I will have to drive away from Fort Bragg to find another Chevrolet dealership because both in Fayetteville are horrible.

We have always received great service and friendly help. In all the years we have been it's like family now when getting work done or when buying another vehicle.

Terrible experience, from the sale to service stay away - Cr8390
Dont go to John heister fuquay, they will rip you off. Everytime i go in there they have a huge list of repairs or preventive maintenance that needs to be done. But when I bring it to my dad who owns a repair shop he tells me the complete opposite.
Nothing but bad problems everytime I'm in for service, 4+ times.
Stay far away from there dealership all together.
Even there certified cars are crap and are barley gone through. If you don't believe me check all the other reviews on here of people who bought certified preowned cars through them.
They sell cars with no tire tread and that are cracked and dry rotting. Not to mention my rear spoiler was taped on to the back of the car by the dealership and almost flew off on the highway. My heated seats didn't work and the trunk button didn't work. Thankfully the seats and the trunk they covered under warranty. They scratched my painted rims on multiple occasions with there alignment machine and then the last time they decided to try and power wash my wheels which peeled the paint real bad.
I bought tires from them, $500 for 2 tires, 3 months ago after less then 10000 miles there telling me I need new ones again because they were over inflated. But they supposedly checked and adjusted the tire pressure every month when I go in for a oil change. But they said it's not there fault and they won't cover anything.
Also Come to find out they screwed me on the tires i purchased. According to bfgoodrich the dealership sold me tires with no factory warranty. But for only $30 extra dollars they could have sold me the exact same tire with a 25000 mile warranty.
The only decent people there that will help you out in anyway are far and few between. There service manger Phillip is extremely rude and disrespectful. Service advisor Jocelyn and the general manager Ken were the only useful, polite people there. They were the only reason I went to the fuquay location instead of lilllington when I need a oil change or warranty work. But my last visit was the last straw and I will never set foot in the fuquay location, only if I have to will I even go lilllington.
I can go on and on about this dealerships terrible service, broken "certified" preowned cars and how they don't stand behind what they sell. If you must go to the dealership go to Leith or Hendrick.
Service department is a joke - Matthew Prine
I am from Louisiana but am working here close to Lumberton, NC. Two days after I got here my truck would not start. After checking everything I was knowledgeable of I decided to have it towed to this dealership. Since then I have had multiple people who live here tell me I should not have taken my truck there. Now 7 weeks later of which I've had to take my truck back 2 more times and after the second time they still have not repaired it. This is week 4 that they have had my truck consistently. Altogether they have had it for 6 weeks. They've replaced multiple parts and still have not found the problem. They have never offered me a loaner vehicle up until today. Since then I have been paying $200 a week for a rental.
The service manager had the audacity to tell me that when I got my truck back if it messed up again to call them instead of a tow truck because it was costing them too much to keep having it towed. Total of $200 they've payed for towing. I contacted GM corporate and they called me today saying the dealership has knocked off a large chunk of what they are going to charge me. Now I only owe them $500. Plus they were supposed to give me a loaner vehicle today. After 6 weeks of them having my truck. They told me yesterday that they found if the brake switch was causing a diagnostic code my truck would crank but if it wasn't it would not. I told them twice that the brake switch needed to be replaced the first time I took it to them and the second time. It doesn't take 10 minutes to change it. They still haven't changed it to see if it could be causing a problem. Their excuse today was they had a major strive to do for some people who were traveling and they needed to get back on the road. Called them back and I was told the tech still had not changed out the switch because he was working on the other people's car and they had blown their transmission. So after all of the BS I've dealt with and them having my truck for 6 weeks altogether, me paying $800 for a rental, they couldn't spare 10 minutes to change althea brake switch.
This is by far the worst I've ever been treated by any business much less a Chevrolet Dealership in my life. I've owned 8 GM vehicles and my family has owned even more. This service department is a joke and in my honest opinion the whole dealership should be shutdown. They are a insult to General Motors and should not be allowed to operate.
A very happy new customer! - John 1935
