We had our previous vehicle for many years and the time had come to trade it in. Dealer gave more than generous offer on trade. I am 63 years old and have dealt with many dealers over the years and this was the first time i did not feel pressured in any way. None of the typical games I had experienced in the past. 2014 Mazda had a light to come on - Sunshine
A light came on were you push to start your car. First time we have had anything to happen to our 2014 Mazda. Called they worked us in and had it done in a couple of hours.. We were on vacation at Holden Beach and they were the only Mazda service department around. But everyone was wonderful to help anyway they can. A very pleasant t experience. Thank you all : )

So if your reading this feel free to read my first post for the details of my problem. The dealership immediate contacted me after seeing my feeling of the way I was treated. I want to say I was blown away by the help they offered me. Their computers where down when I brought my car in but they had already arranged for my jeep to be sent to the jeep dealership. They set me up with a rental with a full tank of gas and I was in and out of picking that up in less then ten minutes. Two days later my jeep was not only returned to me fixed but T.J even drove it to my job to switch cars so I did not have to miss work. This company is very considered by how they treat their customers over the long haul and they have completely redeemed themselves in my book. This is by far the best encounter I ever had in a dealership.We will be back. I also want to take the time to say publically T.J was amazing for all three of my sales and he always works very hard to help us out he has shown me through this all I was never just a sale to him because over six years and now three cars he has always went to great lengths to provide the best customer service around. This is a man who truly loves his job and wants to make his customer a life long customer. Thanks again T.J and Bear for turning my frown upside down!!!!

This is the 8 or 9th car I've bought at Cella. As usual, everyone was most helpful and answered all my questions. This time the 2018 Taurus was the car I have been waiting for, all the options were there, the color was right, Rufus made it happen. As the Taurus will not be made after March 2019, I have the one I wanted. My wife's car is a 2014 Mustang, so it won't be long before she is looking at my car and wants a new Mustang.

I have taken my 2016 Ford Focus in this service department several times for transmission repair under warranty. After it was replaced I was told there was no guarantee that would fix this common know issue Ford was having with the transmissions in there vehicles. The last time was December 18, 2018 where they again replaced the clutch assembly for there second time and I had it replaced two other times at another dealership. Two days after getting the vehicle back I noticed some problems.
I contacted the Service Adviser (Jessie) and was told that I had to drive the car 800 miles so the computer can learn my driving style. Well the problem continually escalated and I was sitting on the side of the highway with a "Transmission Hot Warning"
So again I dropped the vehicle off at Crossroads Service and was told my Service Adviser was Sterling. . After a conversation with him I said while I was there I had no high beams and wanted to see if he would put a bulb in to see if that is what it needed. I pick the vehicle up later that evening to find a bill that he said he discussed with about diagnostic of $153. I questioned why the charge that high for a bulb. They recommended $1600 worth of work to replace the existing head lamps and some wiring. That is when he said the Technicians spent several hours trying to track down my problem with the light. I never authorized a diagnostic nor signed any paperwork saying to do that. The bill was reduced to half after a lengthy discussion that got very loud and heated. Again they found no problems with the transmission.
Here is the good part .... I left there and went to another establishment where the Service Manager looked at the lights. About 10 minutes went by to find out they didn't plug in my high beams for them to work.
This leaves me the question are they even capable of trying to figure out what is going on with my transmission if they are not able to see that my high beams were not plug into the circuit ???? Makes you wonder ????

My new lincoln continental is a year old now and i love it so far. I would like give recognition today to the service department today for helping me out with a issue with my glove compartment. I brought it in and service rep i first spoke to said to me, no service appointments open till after the new year. I asked to speak to J.C. the lincoln sales manager And Donna Richardson customer service manager and explained that i was going on vacation for a few weeks and needed this issued looked at before i left and they made the magic happen. The glove compartment was repaired and a free detail to make up for my inconvenience. Thanks and i'll will be happy to have my very special car serviced here again. Also thanks to the service rep, Randy Foy and his guys for the speedy repair and excellent detail..my car looks brand new again

I called Fairway Ford after my car had major transmission failure ON the Southport ferry. I was leaving the next day to start my return trip to NY. They were so understanding and great to deal with. They got me in the next morning! I had called many other Ford Dealers that were not at all helpful. They had the parts necessary and repaired my car the next morning. I made it back to NY safely without losing much of my vacation. I am so thankful!
Simply the worst communication between employees - Slava
This is the worst experience ever. I stopped by there because they had promotion. I got some lottery booklet in the mail and it was looks like it worse to come there and check what they have. When I came, one employee explained about promotion and everything, then I had test drive. Finally employee of financial department explained payment options to me. Finally 2+ hours later we are agreed with payments and everything, but thennn another guy from the same financing Dept told me that this price doesn't work with that particular car what I had test drive and spoke with 3 people in that dealership. Finally I waste there 3 hours and got nothing simply because of miscommunication between employees of this dealership. They actually apologized that it happened but appologizes worse nothing to compare wasted time and broken dreams about that car what I had test drive. There is nothing to add.

Please don’t buy anything from any of the dealerships. They treat people really bad and will not stand behind their word. They also upsell service so technicians can make more money you might need the work done or you might not. If you must buy a car from them get your own loan because they buy your points and you pay more in the long run. They also can’t afford to pay their bills so vendors need to be careful.
