selling my vehicle - bryan stewart
went here to get my car appraised and after sitting for about 30 minutes and talking to the sales rep while they appraised my car I was finally given what I thought was a fair deal. I went through the process of signing all necessary documents to finalize our deal and was told to contact my lien holder and let them know not to draft any more payments from me that the dealership would be paying it off. I was given a check from AUDDIE BROWN for the difference in the payoff and sent on my way. In the following days I was contacted by Auddie Brown in which they told me they would not be purchasing my vehicle because it was had a branded title that I needed to come pick up my truck. After many phone calls with the local DMV and my finance company I was informed that there was not a branded title. A matter of fact my finance company told me that would have never been able to finance the vehicle if it had a salvaged or branded title. When I went in to AUDDIE BROWN in Darlington, SC to talk to Mr. Brown about the issue and asked for the documents I signed with him and his employees he preceded to tell me he didn't have them and started to use profanity with me. I believe in respecting my elders so I did not engage back with him as he cursed me out and told me to get out of his building. I was really hoping to solve this in a more civilized and ethical way so hopefully AUDDIE BROWN will live up to their agreement and payoff my finance company. When I signed all the paperwork and was given a check for the pay off remainder on my vehicle I never thought the dealership would be calling me back because they had changed their mind. The language used toward me was 100% inappropriate and distasteful and I sure hope their were no kids around to here it!!! Between my father and I we own 8 Chevrolet vehicles but rest a sure I will not recommend nor purchase one from Auddie Brown. By far the worst experience I have ever had in a dealership.
