I honestly wish I worked with this dealership since day one with this car! We had such a bad experience working with the service center at the original dealership that we leased this vehicle at, that I was personally ready to abandon General Motors for any future car purchases. All that being said, this dealership's service center has certainly earned my trust. From pinpointing the problem, to providing us with a loaner vehicle while it was being worked on, to actually being able to speak to the technician that performed the service after the work was complete, it has been a genuine pleasure. My wife and I were about to head back home when our Equinox started acting up. After being towed to Rick Hendricks Chevrolet on Savannah Hwy, we were checked in promptly by Jesse McCall. Since we were travelers she pushed us to front of line. Within few hours they checked car and made sure its safe for 5 hour drive back to Atlanta. It was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Strongly recommend RH Chevy.
Incompetent service department - chevycruze2013
I have been a repeat customer at the service department for 4 years and I am no longer going to get my car serviced there. I own a 2013 Chevy Cruise with about 65K miles on it. I had my water pump replaced which they did't do a good job on thus had to bring it back for a second visit after they kept my car for 6 days on the initial visit. They also determined that the oil filter cap was leaking, which was most likely caused by the person that changes the oil, but they charged me more than $200 to fix a problem that they caused. As if this is not enough, my car went in the shop with a working AC and came out with the AC not working. Now they are asking me to pay addition $1,300 for them to fix the AC that went bad while the car is in their possession. They need to hire more competent mechanics and better train their admin people; Until that happens, I strongly urge you to find another shop to get your car serviced.
