So my biggest issue with this dealership was the fact I had dropped my car off at 8:30 and I told them I could leave it until 4 so they had time to properly look over the vehicle and inform me on what needed to be done.... I had told them I was going on a trip back to Ohio so I wanted the vehicle in tip top shape...When I picked up my vehicle. They had marked my filters Dirty when I had just changed them myself less than 100 miles ago which tells me that they pencil whipped my inspection and did not inspect my vehicle properly... The best part about the whole experience was the service writer I dealt with the gentleman on the left when I walked in was helpful ...needless to say I don't feel like they took the time I had given them to inspect my vehicle properly even though I left it all day

How many people can say they’ve felt like they won the lottery after having their car serviced? The service team at Stokes VW went above & beyond for me, and I literally never asked for anything more than a quote. I fully expected shelling out $$$ on an engine part. One of the service team members noticed how recently my warranty had expired and suggested they contact the warranty department to see if VW would contribute to the cost. I paid $45 for a part & service that would have cost me $1,100 if the Stokes team had not gone the extra mile. And to think I almost went elsewhere because of my expired warranty and I was worried I would pay too much at the dealership. I am so appreciative and can’t recommend Stokes VW enough. Thanks again guys!

Never!!Ever !!!! Don't take your car (VW Fayetteville NC.HORRIBLE... Horrible.. Horrible... Horror... Horrible...Horror.. Horrible... Horrible. Don't go her you don't matter. They will treat you like a xxxxxxx.. I hated that I wasted my time and gas.
