Very poor service. I jumped threw all the hoops and offered to put money down over the phone. And still the truck was sold out from under me. I already went threw my bank and was approved. I did the loan application like I was asked to from the dealership. I talked to the financial department told them to be looking for it. and even after that truck was sold I still haven't heard from the financial department. Mr Avery and I had a conversation about the problem and I asked if he would be interested in buying my truck since I was gonna use it to trade in he said he would be interested in it and he would call me back. Well it's been almost a month since we talked and he won't even call or answer his phone.

Completely satisfied with the sales lady and buying experience. Completely dissatisfied with the representation of the truck I purchased. Bought a used 2019 Chevrolet Silverado with 21,000 miles. Paid over 43k with an extended warranty. After having the truck a month, the backglass is leaking, enough to stain the headliner. After doing a little more inspecting, I notice a spot in the paint on the rear quarter. Along with paint runs, sanding scratches, and overspray.. I was assured numerous times the truck was free of accidents or damage before buying. The Autocheck they provided also confirmed it was free and clear. After all this, I personally bought a carfax report, which in return shows damage reported while under the ownership of Nesmith Chevrolet. Now, all the dealership wants to do, is stand behind the Autocheck and not take responsibility for selling me a truck falsely represented and I’m left with a truck with diminished value! Wouldn’t recommend buying from Nesmith, spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

I purchased a Cadillac from this dealership and wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I had my car delivered from 3 hours away and they snuck in hidden fees, lied about my finance terms, delivered the car dirty, no gas, and they were so rude over the phone about any issues or questions I had. I emailed the manager and of course no response. Just beware of this dealership and it’s staff. Super unprofessional and untrustworthy. Justin in finance jumped down my throat when I declined gap insurance (that he profits from). Chase, my salesman, took hours to respond to simple questions, and lied through his teeth about several details of my car and finances. And the delivery guy was probably the rudest person I’ve dealt with in years. Just an awful experience all together. Beware.

I believe that the experience at a dealership starts with its people and it continues from there with the Delerships overall building, grounds quality and then it’s inventory.
NeSmith absolutely exceeds on all of these areas. They have the most friendliest personnel that I’ve ever seen, their building is beautiful, the exterior and interior are well maintained and best of all, they have athe largest inventory, diverse selection of automobiles and (custom) Trucks not found anywhere. I found that The Service and Parts Department continues and makes sure that your buying experience doesn’t stop there, they make sure that your new vehicle receives its necessary service on time, they also provide you with the installation of any additional accessories that parts may offer you or that you may want to enhance your new or used vehicle experience.

Excellent service from start to finish with this service department! I had a scheduled appointment and arrived 30 mins early, but everything was handled very quickly! I was impressed at the minimal wait time for the service. They have a beautiful and comfortable service area fir customers to wait. It is stocked with refreshments and drinks available to purchase as well. The area is huge so your not in a tiny area on top of other customers which makes the wait very pleasant. Customer service and overall service were top notch!
