For me to not know exactly what was going on, “first time buyer” she explained everything very thoroughly, and didn’t mind me asking 1000 questions. She answered every single one of them and just made me feel so comfortable the entire time. Believe me this is you you want to take care of the paperwork. She’s very good. I would not recommend doing business with Volvo Cars Athens or Smith Automotive Group. I originally purchased a vehicle in 2020 from VCA and Middleton Automotive. That purchase included an agreement to pick up and provide a loaner plus car washes and details for the lifetime of the car. Smith automotive group is not honoring this contract and refuses to help or refund. I will never consider doing business with this dealership in the future. Some of the people within the dealership who were unable to resolve this issue include: Diana Perez in Service and Jimmy Branton, general manager. Beware.

July 2020 I had an appointment 11am to replace passenger airbag which I was told would only take 1 hour. I was handed my keys 5pm. This location is not professional, the service department and general manager consists of low lifes. They will damage functions on your vehicle and place the damage on you. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE

Have to say when you go to a dealership it’s not like it’s a favorite place to visit. However, visiting the Volvo store was by far the best experience I have ever had in a dealership. The staff was excellent and provided me everything I needed. I didn’t have to fight to go any information at all. And let’s be honest it’s a Volvo. The new XC60 was the best suv I have test drive so far. And with the gas mileage I think this is what I’m hoing to buy. Thanks Joe and the Volvo team for such a good experience.
