Friendly staff but I had to wait an hour and a half to sign the paperwork. There should more than one person that can do this part. Also, the detailing could have been better. I am not sure if anything on the dash was cleaned.

A huge shout out to Cornelius and Wheeler in the service department for the professional service they provided on my CT6. I had an intermittent problem that was extremely difficult to diagnose but they stuck with it and were patient with me throughout the process. The repair is complete and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Richard Kay.

Just let me say one of worst buying experiences. Salesman... - p.tomlinson
Just let me say one of worst buying experiences. Salesman was Brian Cosgrove. I negotiated a deal via text and phone calls. Sales manager and Brian on the phone. Hes says bring X amount and your out the door. I told them I would be up the next day to pick up. Brian messaged me around noon the next day to confirm 430pm appointment. He said they are prepping it and it will be ready to go.
This is for a Chevy Bolt. I arrive promptly at 430 car is still on the showroom floor no prep, stickers all over it and only 17 miles worth of charge I live 65 miles away. He gives me several excuses eventually gets it off the show room floor we do a quick test drive then inside finalize.
I hand Brian 2 pieces of paper that give me discounts through Costco and GM. Comes back 15 mins later says he didn't get GM paper. I said you only walked 30 ft how could you lose it. Eventually they find it and after 30 mins Brian comes back with the price. 800.00 more than we agreed to. Im not happy. he returns with sales manager 15 minutes later still 80.00 higher than we agreed now its a principle thing. eventually comes back with the agreed on price and we wait. mean while we are assured the vehicle is being prepped and charged. its now 3 hours and Im short on patience. We go back with the finance guy. who by the way is super personable and gets us in a better mood. He asks us what color car we get we say red. Hes embarrassed sales guy wrote up wrong vehicle. He has to redo all the paper work. But he has a good sense of humor and like I said very personable. We get done finally 3 1/2 hours later go out to the car. Its only 1/2 charged greasy fingerprints all over where they pulled of the decals. Floor mats stuck in a bag in the back along with a ton of leaves from a tree. Brian gives my wife the key doesn't go over anything inside the car or operations. See ya.

Very poor service. I jumped threw all the hoops and offered to put money down over the phone. And still the truck was sold out from under me. I already went threw my bank and was approved. I did the loan application like I was asked to from the dealership. I talked to the financial department told them to be looking for it. and even after that truck was sold I still haven't heard from the financial department. Mr Avery and I had a conversation about the problem and I asked if he would be interested in buying my truck since I was gonna use it to trade in he said he would be interested in it and he would call me back. Well it's been almost a month since we talked and he won't even call or answer his phone.

RUN DO NOT WALK!! As far away from Woodruff Chevrolet as possible, over the past 11 years I have bought 5 new vehicles, resting assured I was getting the best deal going on the previous 4, unfortunately on the 5th one Woodruff Chevrolet’s greed set in, I was given a “Out the door price” from the salesman I have dealt with on all 5 purchases, In sumation the previous sales manager was all about giving you the very best deal, however the current sale manager is all about his pocket, with zero regard for getting you the best price, furthermore the sale manager out right lied to me about the interest rates, just to get me to give up the rebates, even a current employee at Woodruff Chevrolet said quote “It’s ridiculous they take $7,500 in rebates to get this deal” So stay far far away from Woodruff Chevrolet they will rip you off,

Pathetic is the only word I can say to describe my experience at Dublin Chevrolet. The absolute WORST service department I have ever used in my life. The service woman has CRS (can't remember xxxx) and the service manager just doesn't give a xxxx. The last dealer I would ever use and I would highly suggest you think twice before leaving your vehicle with them. They did absolutely nothing I had asked them to do. RUN!!!!

Wife was told that 1st oil change would be free. She made appointment and when she gets there she was told that it would be $59.95 to change the oil and rotate the tires. I have purchased my last vehicle from them and I intend on telling everyone I know just what a bunch of crooks and liars they really are. Don't go there. Love chevrolet is a far better experience..
When I purchased the Buick Enclave the sticker price and... - ladymayes405
When I purchased the Buick Enclave the sticker price and online price net price was 39, 855 after the GM discount was applied. My net price changed to 42,479 in finance and I was told my payment would be one payment but in finance I was told the sales manager made a mistake he didn't knew what he was doing. While in the finance office the numbers where not discussed so I'm under the presumption I'm getting what the vehicle window sticker said. So I went back the next day to discuss my concerns and wanted them to fix the problem. I spoke with the GM who told me that the numbers was right and I explained thats not true so he gives a free 3 years maintenance to fix the situation. I was told the finance company has the deal so there was nothing could be done.. The situation is not fix and I told him ya'll gotten over on me but the truth of the matter is they only escalated this situation. So is there a select few that the net price goes up for are is this Franklin's practice for everyone. I'm going to get in touch with consumers FTC and the DMV. I will never recommend anyone to do business with Franklin and I will let as many people know you all practices. " UPDATE " I just received a call from the GM being unprofessional telling me I'm wrong and he's hurt by my comment. I explained I'm hurt how they switch the net price. They didn't delivery on their moto they Lied and was unethical. I even gave them a chance to fix it. I told the GM I was taking this further and his response well you go right ahead. I told him to have a nice day and bye. I wish I known before now this is Franklin's Chevrolet Buick GMC standards I would had never pull up on your lot.
Good people, personalized attention - rrauh
Had struts replaced on my 2013 Caprice PPV because a performance car shop in the Atlanta area botched putting on new Konis. One strut was cross threaded and the other was leaking. Childre Chevy found the problems, used extra effort to get the damaged parts off, showed me the situation in the shop and put new struts on correctly after sourcing the part for my rare (in the USA) Australian-built Chevrolet Caprice. These folks know their GM cars and pay attention to you. Recommend Childre over the huge high volume dealerships any day.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!! - MrTaylor
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!! I purchased a new Chevy Silverado from Warren, and was very happy with everything about the vehicle but the wheels. So to make the deal, they offered to provide me a set from a Z71 model and told me that I was the next person in line on the waiting list. Basically when a new truck was lifted, they would give me the old wheels and tires. Said it should be a few weeks at most... Well, I called in 2 weeks, one month, two months, three months, six months, and so on and so on. Even stopped in a handful of times as well. It was always the stock reply that I was next in line. Now I do not even get a return call. It is these sort of FALSE PROMISES and NEGATIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE that should make it to the top of the org chart at Love Chevrolet. If you buy from them, I would get everything 100% documented and don't fall into the same trap of trust that I did.
Within a few days of this post, I was directly contacted by the general manager of Love Chevrolet, and have been provided a set of wheels for the vehicle. He was very accommodating and quickly provided a resolution that worked for both parties.
All the little things - Cjreynol13
Lucky to get Sue as my sales person, she went above and beyond to help me get my new Tahoe and a really nice addition, the general manager came over and spoke with me for a minute to congratulate me on my purchase even though he seemed very busy. A little thing like that makes all the difference when spending this kind of money.
