I had a great experience with sales rep Gary Rickenbaker. From the moment I walked in he was very friendly, approachable and helpful. Within a mere few hours I had turned in my old lease and had leased a brand new CX-5. I was confident in my decisions throughout thanks to Gary's help and guidance. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Gerald Jones Mazda, would definitely recommend to others, and will likely return in the future for another vehicle. Additionally, Pat at the front desk and Eric the finance manager were very friendly and approachable. It was far different from the rushed, pushy experiences I've had in the past. When I bought my 2013 Honda Accord Sport in 2017, part of the purchase agreement was free oil changes for the life of the vehicle (except for the 15,000 mile intervals when it comes as part of a maintenance package, which was supposed to be $100 off the total price). However, when I took my Honda in for it's 115,000 mile check-up I was told that the owner has changed their policy and they no longer give the $100 discount for the 15,000 mile interval check-up & they no longer provide free oil changes at the 5,000 or 10,000 mile intervals. I'd say that's a breach of contract, wouldn't you?
I do agree with some of the other reviewers though, that this incident has no reflection upon the high quality of service provided by their service technicians.

Nice sales folks, but the financing and business office is a nightmare. I didn't get copies of critical documents, all documents had incorrect information after going through 5 reprintings, and they did FOUR hard credit pulls for someone with an 820+ credit rating. The place is a disaster
