We appreciate the good folks at Woody Folsom Ford. This was probably one of the easiest purchases we've ever experienced. Thanks Lee, Lee and Kevin for all your help.
Awesome Dealership & SalesMan - Taurus Mary
Our salesman took a lot of time to assure that we purchased the vehicle we wanted & worked hard tod because get us financed. Went out of his way to help us.
Great online experience. - Jr
Dewey did an awesome live walk around for me before I traveled 6 hours to see the truck. IT is everything he portrayed it to be. Dewey and his staff stayed late and made good on everything they promissed.
Very poor customer service - Jallen
The car I purchased was not detailed when it was delivered, I was promised things that was not authorized, the car was missing floor mats and trunk rear light covers.
To add insult to injury, the temporary tag was put on the car with the wrong type screws which ultimately broke the license plate holder.
I gave the dealership a call before rating, no one bothered to call me back.
An employee lost their job during this fiasco, I feel like it was the wrong person.
Excellent experiences - Range rover sport
Mr Joe Amaral was an excellent sales rep to deal with. Our personality was the same so he help guide me in the right vehicle for me! Also he reserver the vehicle with my name on it so I felt like it was mine from the beginning. I also purchased it. It was a 2013 Land Rover Range Rover Sport HSE.
Don’t be fooled - Angry customer
I have purchase my car from this dealership with salesman E.T. At first so friendly and so “helpful”.
Promised me from buying my car that they will include the floor mat in it.
I received my car no floor mat.
But that is not the issue.
So 43 days in after I received my car, I realized I still didn’t receive my plates .
So I call them trying to see what went wrong.( mind you I was TOLD that I WILL received my plates in my mail and that there is no work needed from my end)
So once I was on the phone with Britney she tells me that I have to go to the DMV myself and get my plates myself because the salesman didn’t give me a form that needed to be filled out, and they were unable to go forward with my plates/ title. But somehow it is MY fault.
Then the next day I called again, for them to give me the run about all day.
Then their supervisor Dick something. Gets on the phone with me to tell me that E.Tucker was to come to my county and “deliver” my plates to me so I won’t have to go to the DMV
FOR E.Tucker to call me back and tell me that none of what was promise to me was to happen.
Then E.Tucker tells me how the dealership is in no position to fix THEIR mistake but can help ME resolve my problem. By having me going to the dmv and file for plates.
Then when I was making him understand that I wasn’t willing to take the day off and go on my own to do something they were paid for. He went and threatened to call my installation commander (I am in the army) to tell him that My behavior was unacceptable, and tht I should be reprimanded for it.
I had my NCO call them for him to say that :well I was going to go that way since she was willing to go to the DMV”
But then he will PERSONALLY send me “floormat” for my car and hopefully that will make me “feel” better.
I will definitely not recommend anyone to go there, nor purchase from them nor go for service over there
If I could take the car back and send my business elsewhere I definitely would.
Sales Manager Fails to Keep His Word - Dlowd
Sales Manager, Timmy Rozier failed to fulfill his promise to provide the second key for a used 2008 Taurus Limited we purchased for my fiancé. On two separate calls he said he'd contact me regarding the key and failed both times to say whether we will get the key or that it may even be unavailable. The first indicator to walk was that the salesman, Cass, who was great to work with, met my initial price, but the manager, Tim Rozier disallowed and changed the sale price. The mistake I made was bringing my fiancé..., for she really wanted the car so I did the deal for a little more than my offer. Found a few days later that Cass no longer worked there when I called to inquire and indicate we hadn't received the key in the mail yet. This dealer probably doesn't need my business but I certainly don't need them either, all things considered. In my experience, this is just another sales-driven dealership who is somewhat short on integrity of service for everyone.
