I went into Nalley Kia today because I had ordered & paid for a paint pen on 2/28/19, and due to my job and 2 deaths in my family in Chicago I been on the road 10 weeks straight. I reached out and left messages for parts & service to call me back and possibly mail my paint pen. No one called back.
Today I had some time so I came up to the store and for the very 1st time I did NOT have a pleasant experience.
Ms. Cassandra and Ms. Myiasha (sp?) are wonderful, but unfortunately I didn't get them this time. I received assistance from a worker who has NO customer service skills at all. She was condescending when speaking and kept trying to rush me and not listen to the issue. She kept over talking and disregarding what I was trying to share with her.
After she escorted me to the parts window. That service was no better. When I 1st was considering buying the pen I ask could they look at the car to make sure a pen would work. That same young tall skinny black guy I asked in the beginning was who was there today. So was the curt talking short white guy. Funny how his tone changed after my car sales man from last year, Stan Williams, returned with me.
I took my purchase paint pen and went looking and hoping Mr. Stan Williams was there. He sold me my 2018 Kia Forte 5/28/2019, and always was kind and even emailed me on my car purchase anniversary. I explained what was going on and show him where on the car I needed this pen because some gate door tried to close on my car and scratched it. Stan took me to Junior in Service and Junior said the paint pen is NOT what I needed and that he could buff it out. That is what Mr. Junior did.
I have NEVER had a bad or negative experience at Nalley Kia until today. Stan and Junior turned my experience around, and I'm glad the did. I still wanted the GM Farouk to know I was NOT happy with the 1 people to help me, and that loud and condescending lady that worked today 6/1/2019, she needs a course in customer service. Please believe when I return to The service department I DO NOT wish for her to help me.

It is very unusual to get someone to answer the phone at either number. The phone rings about 20-25 times then stops. I finally got through, but the person I needed was not available. I have left 2 messages over the last 5 days, but my call has not been returned. Now I can't get an answer. It seems that only one of the many people there can answer my question. I have sold the car I purchased from them. I need to find out what they need from me to cancel my extended warranty before I let the car go. No one seems to know.

Amer Ali was our salesman. As soon as we entered the parking lot he greeted us and backed off and said any questions please feel free to call him. It took a few minutes and my wife looked at the Kia Sportage and decided. We called Mr. Ali and within half an hour without hesitation, he agreed to our terms. He was very easy and understood our needs for buying a new car. He used what knowledge he had and if he could not answer our question he would rush and get us the answer. He was not into selling us the vehicle but he wanted us to have the satisfaction of our questions which helped us a lot of understanding of buying a new car. This is the good sales person that all customers need when buying a new car. Also, of course, the manager that was on duty and the other staff. Great team! We thank you for no pressure and easy buy! I have posted a google review expressing my horrid experience with the foreman Sean, the advisor Dana, and the Manager. I had an appointment at 8:30 told would take an hour and they’d give us a call in about 2hours with an update of diagnostic. Dana never called I had to call three times. At 3:30 my car still had not been looked at but was told that the foreman chose to ignore it but wanted $360 to do they diagnostic now when it was only supposed to be $120! Mind you my car was not looked at! I was beyond livid told them I would be picking up car promptly and was told it would be waiting. Dana from the moment I walked in was smirking and when I said I was here for my vehicle she called the foreman to bring it around. On her cellphone in front of me with loud volume he says oh she is here to get her piece of sh*t car! Which Dana found hilarious and laughed despite knowing I heard!! When I asked for manager she giggled all the way to the manager thinking it was some game!! She smiled and laughed the entire time I spoke with the manager about the foreman and her disgusting and disrespectful behavior! The manager only said oh I’m sorry. I have been a customer for a while and have another vehicle I bring there which I no longer will. Not only is my family in the rv service and collision business I am a Henry county educator that will make sure many people know how rude and disgusting these employees are and how they belittle their customers! I came there to find out what’s wrong with my vehicle and try and get it fixed instead I was rudely treated and wronged by the employees at this establishment. I will never again give my business to this establishment and will ensure this experience is posted on every available review possible so that other paying customers are not treated with such rude despicable behavior!

We were treated so horribly here that I’m still mad at myself for getting sucked into this place and it’s been a year and a half! They took my keys to “look over my vehicle” when I arrived and I never saw them again. They refused to give me the key to my trade so that I could leave. They gave me a clean car fax for my Sedona and when I had work done on it later the Kia dealer I took it to (Kia of Lagrange, not this fraudulent place) told me that the driver side sliding door had at some point had some major reconstruction done on it. I’m so disgusted with this dealer that I wish I could go back in time and warn myself. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I had contacted Capitol Kia by internet just when I was looking for a possible new car. I went out and met with the floor manager and was passed on to a salesman. I told him what I wanted but wasn't sure about a 6 or 4 cylender. He reccomended the 4 cylender because I didn't do that much traveling and it would be less expensive on gas. This was in May and the prices had increased but we didn't know they would be rediculous in that short a space of time. He asked several times if I wanted to trade my pickup in or did I have a down payment i wanted to use, and I told him no, that if something went wrong and I lost my job I wanted to still have a vehicle left to drive. You have to plan for problems like this, so I was. I ended up driving out in a new 2008 Kia Sportage in Blue, just what I wanted. I had to take my mother back with me to pick up my pickup. but I got a new car with Tax Title and Plates added into the loan. It might have been an all day experience, but I thought things went pretty good.
