Bought New 2017 GMC Pick UP - Killebrew, Rex
In May of 2017 I purchased a New GMC Sierra Pick Up from Dale Jr GMC Buick. Jimmy Vandeilen was my slaes person and we complete the entire sale Over The Phone. I live in St Pete Florida and have talked to Jimmy a couple of times through out the year regarding the new vehicles. He spent a lot of time telling me about the trucks and what he had in inventory. It took several times speaking to him over the phone and Jimmy texting me pictures to convey the different models he had to sell. When I decided on 1 particular truck it only took me 24 hours before I knew everything was complete for the purchase. That is outstanding. This sale was site unseen! The truck was delivered to me the following weekend and it was exactly like I was told My hat is off to Jimmy for doing and Outstanding Job in order to make the sale but to also consider all my wants and needs.
Thank to Jimmy for all the Hard Work and to everyone else in the dealership that had a hand in my purchase.

We were looking for a nice used pick up truck to ad to our little farm. Theo Lyras at Ronsonet was a wonderful no pressure sales person with lots of knowledge. He communicated with us in a highly effective way and professional way. Frankly I wish all car dealers would take lessons from him. the entire purchase process was extremely smooth and trouble free. Theo went out of his way to make sure we knew everything about the vehicle from the Car Fax to showing us how to use the electronics and program our phones to the blue tooth, I give Theo and the Ronsonet family 5 STARS and TWO THUMBS UP!! It was a great buying experience. Its sad that these type of family owned dealerships seem to be dying out in the USA. Keep p the good work.

Salesman tried to get a date with my girlfriend - W1969
Very disappointed in the actions of a salesman.
He literally spends all his time asking my girlfriend out and screws up our paperwork.
A month and a half later our truck is still in registered. The paper work was sent back to us due to errors.
The truck has many issues and keeps breaking. Imagine sitting waiting for your brand new truck to be fixed and this dirty disrespectful salesman walks by me twice.
And you have to keep quiet or go to jail.
Now we are waiting for a tow truck to come pick up our truck because it has more problems

First off the vehicle I purchased the headlights were very dim, was reassured they would be glad to fix them before I signed the final papers, they ordered the parts, took over 2 months to get them to fix them, and only after my husband called their main office to complain and calling over and over, they trade in wasn’t paid off for over a month, they kept telling me they just sent it in, it’s in the mail

Worst customer service ever! I found a car I loved at Mott's. Had to drive to Orange Park to do the loan closing (nearest Chase Bank). I was on my way back and called to let Mott's know I had the check but could not get there until 11:45 (they closed at 12:00). The woman I spoke with very rudely told me I needed to be there by 11:00 for them to see me the vehicle. I explained that it was impossible since I was driving from Jacksonville. She adamantly told me no one would stay to sell me the vehicle. I asked about their hours during the week. She said I needed to be there by 4pm to buy the vehicle. I explained that I work and could not be there that early. She said sorry with so much attitude I could not believe what I was hearing. I asked if she was seriously telling me I'd have e to take my business elsewhere because no one there would stay a few minutes to seek me this car. She said the car wasn't going anywhere, that I'd figure it out. I asked again if someone could stay a few minutes, she said, "no, we don't do that". So I took my business to Walt's.
Let me tell you about Walt's. They found me a car I love, found a lender and argued to get me an awesome interest rate. Had the car detailed and the gas talk full and had me out the door in less than 2 hours. I even got a hug before leaving. That is what customer service is all about. They have my business and my family's business for life.

Had vehicle for service, which was suppose to covered under extended warranty,(confirm by Jacob), no work done or replied back for 5 days and comes to find out, he misunderstood warranty coverage and didn't do work or call back to let me know about no service done. So in total my chevy sat there 2 weeks with no work done. Would rate negative 3 if there was option. Stay away from this dealership, they like to take advantage of being only chevy dealership around.

I was charged $70 for aftermarket belt that cost $12 outside, 400% markup + $90 to install the belt.
The tech left his greasy finger prints on my headliner.
I wrote to the dealer and they said they will look into it and that they will detail my car and get rid of the grease on my head liner but they never did, I sent two emails to Joedy Tidwell the service director asking when can I take my car in and got no answer.
