First I have to say that this was one of the most stress vehicle purchases I’ve ever had.
My sales associates Anthony and Cain we’re both very knowledgeable and helpful in my buying experience.
They didn’t push me to look at vehicles that weren’t right for me to wear me down or any of the other “old tricks” that have been attempted by other dealerships.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great inventory and an excellent staff!

Davis Acura does everything right. Kerry is the person to talk with if you want to buy an Acura. Highly professional, knows everything about all the models, very low-key, explained everything concisely but thoroughly, and was just so easy to work with. From first meeting to delivery (including a very thorough run through of features), the experience was so pleasant and stress-free.
Moses, who handled the financial aspects, was very helpful, courteous, and efficient at processing all the paperwork. I couldn't believe how quickly he got everything done while still answering my questions along the way. Both he and Kerry made me feel like they really valued me as a customer and appreciated my choosing Acura. Rick, the service director, runs an award-winning department so I know all the service is top-notch. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.
It has now been 4 months since the purchase of my car and I have absolutely nothing good to say about this dealership. I have had about every problem you can imagine with the incompetent staff that works at Acura of Orange Park. To make this review shorter, I thought a bullet list might be best:
- I financed my car with Acura of Orange Park, they put a completely different lien holder on my title which caused a huge mess. It has now been 4 months since purchase and my bank has still NOT received my title.
-It took over 30 days for them to transfer the title into my name (against state law)
-It took over 30 days for them to pay off my trade in
-I had to drive around with an expired dealer tag for over a week because one of the incompetent employees sent me a tag with the same exact (expired) date as my original dealer tag.
-I had to drive around with an expired registration for several weeks
-I was lied to about what the warranty with my certified Acura included
-Staff will not answer their phones or emails
I currently have a BBB complaint open with this company because of their negligence. Please do your self a favor and buy from ANY other dealership. This is a fraudulent company that does not care at all about their customers or the hardships they create.

I am a formidable customer. I not only research the car that I am interested in purchasing, but I also scrutinize the financial details and double check the data calculations much to the chagrin of the GM, sales staff and financial rep.
After emailing to inform the management about a negative sales experience, I received an email from the GM, Rob Breedlove. After exchanging a few more emails, we set an appointment and not surprisingly the initial trade-in offer for my Lexus was not on target based on comparable offers from other Acura dealerships in the Orlando metro area. When I informed Rob that I would not accept his non-competitive offer, he revised the proposal and agreed to match the other dealer's offer. Sadly, this "game" is inevitable in the majority of car sales transactions.
On a positive note, Mike (sales representative) and Chuck (training sales representative) were both very professional and knowledgeable. The sales negotiation process is not within their purview, thus I hold them harmless for that aspect of the car purchase process.
