Charles is very knowledgeable about his product. Never pushy. Knew the answer to our questions and when he didn't he looked it up b4 we completed the sale. The question was , will it fit in our garage. I don't think its a common question, yet he found out our garage spec and the cars length and told us we would have so many inches to spare. Thats customer service.

We had an issue with our older Lexus and somehow managed to get to your dealership before it died completely--without an appointment on a busy day. Even though we didn't buy the car there and had never been in the dealership, we were treated like royalty. I have never been in a dealership that was nicer, cleaner or more accommodating to its customers. Everyone was super nice. Our Service Rep, Angel Melendez, went out of his way to make sure we were happy. When a part had to be ordered, we were given an incredibly nice loaner car so our holiday weekend wasn't ruined. The car was fixed and clean by the time they said it would be the next day. I will not go anywhere else from now on, and when this car is too old, we will be back to purchase a Lexus from this dealership. I just can't say enough good things about it!
