Laura in sales and the financing manager Robert were both the worst sales people I've ever dealt with customer service wise. Terrible to zero communication to someone you're trying to sell something to is def not the way to get the deal. Also Robert is either totally out of touch with the way you should talk to customers or just openly rude. He sent me several emails in all caps and then went missing for a whole day after I went out of my way to send him everything he asked for and more. So thankful I ended up getting my car elsewhere and they know how to treat their guests. I do not recommend this dealership at all. Not to mention the fact that Laura rode shotgun during my test drive and I found out later that's against covid protocols for dealerships. Big yikes. After reading reviews on quality of cars I definitely feel I dodged a major bullet. Go anywhere but here if you wanna be treated like an actual person who is spending thousands of dollars and not just a burden on poor Robert. I forgot to mention that they hit my credit about ten times too even after my specific request to stop after the first four times.
