Absolutely terrible service. The technician i used to go to here, left and warned me this place was going downhill fast. I should have listened. Brought my car in for a simple repair that they were aware of, my car sat there all day and i was finally told “the part never came in”. Whatever, that was okay, so i leave my car over the weekend because i was told the part would be in on Monday. Monday came around and i tried contacting my service technician Robert Blair multiple times, they deliberately ignore you here. Robert told me the par had come in around 11am and should be ready around 4:30. The tech finally calls me back at 5:30pm on Monday only to tell me the part never came in and “i should just come and get my car” mind you, they completely took apart my car and didnt have the part to replace it! They put an old part back on my car that they had laying around the shop. Got in touch with a manager Robert and he refused book me an appointment and make sure the part was in stock, he told me to talk to one of the service techs (the ones that cant communicate). Save your time and effort and do not go here. There is much better service out there.
