I started out going to the dealer having no idea what I wanted to look at. Joe in Sales was super helpful answering any and all questions and very patient showing me numerous Jeeps from the Ragtop 2 door Wrangler to the Jeep Grand Cherokee. After 3 visits and numerous test drives Iater I chose my vehicle and from Joe to Rudy in Finance to Tyler in Delivery everyone was great! Joe was not pushy but there to guide me to figure out what I wanted. Ultimately I chose the Jeep Cherokee TraIlhawk Edition 4x4! Thanks to all!

Where do I even start with this place?
I bought my car here in 2016, and had few negative experiences with the buying process. But when it comes to servicing your vehicle, whether it be warranty or otherwise, they really drop the ball. Here's why.
They often play phone tag with you, transferring your call all over and nobody who talks to you seems to remember you when you actually come in once scheduling your appointment. On three specific occasions I remember being told I didn't actually schedule an appointment at all... So who confirmed it on the phone with me? All three of those times I had to reschedule and wasted my time driving there, all the while they make it seem like you're the cause of the problem and that they are bending over backwards to do something as simple as scheduling a real appointment.
Then, earlier this year, ater bringing my vehicle in for an oil change I was told they lost my key fob, and had to replace it. The frame on my vehicles door was damaged as if someone tried to break into my car with a tool. The weather strip door seal on my vehicle was also damaged. Phil, the service rep who was "helping" me at the time who has since apparently been fired, told me they didn't do the damage but would replace my seal for free.... Of course how could I prove they did the damage? Aside from the fact that my car was at their facility for 3 days longer than originally scheduled.... Probably due to their mistake?
Now that Phil has been fired I've been trying to get this door seal replaced as was promised, but his replacement Rick never calls me back despite saying "he would check on it and get back to me today" ...and it's been three weeks now. It's a wonder I don't report this dealership for lying, and damaging my property.
Avoid this place at all costs. Not worth your time, an certainly not worth your money. If they actually cared about their customer experiences there wouldn't be so many upset one star reviews.
I think I'm going to have my vehicle serviced at Arrigo Dodge Chrystler Jeep in Margate. They actually pick up the phone and even call you back... it's not that hard to do.

I went up and orderd three keys for my new van at a cost of $ 550 and a fee to program. My old keys do not work now and Matt Kelly manager told me he can not do anything I should of known to order two keys.. They sold me keys and took away keys. This is unfair treatment. I feel they are the dealer and should of informed me the keys would not work I went to dealer because I wanted professional service. This guy Matt Kelly was very rude to me. Kept saying I will talk when your done talking when I was only asking why his service/sales did not tell me this in the first place. He was out of control and kept saying do not raise your voice to me I was very calm he was out of line.. he said I am not giving you a refund on the keys I don't care if they do not work.. His voice was very load like he was trying to iintimidate m. I just got off the line and called my charge card company. I could of disputed the entire $550 but only want what he took away the orginal keys that don't work now. I should of known better someone told me this dealer ripped them off and put a computer in a van

I bought my Jeep last September, took it back two weeks later for a USB port that never worked. They kept it for three days, didn't provide me with a car, and when I went to pick the car up, the USB port still didn't work. They asked me to wait 10 minutes, and it worked after that, but it turns out they replaced my radio and killed my SiriusXM radio subscription in the process.
Fast forward to yesterday. I called them for two hours, nobody answered the phone in the service department. I finally got through around 10:30am, and my service advisor, Eric said he would call me and let me know what was wrong with my Jeep. He didn't call me, and I spent about an hour on hold at the end of the day only to find out they hadn't worked on my Jeep at all. They were supposed to diagnose the issue today and get in touch with me, but not surprisingly, nobody has contacted me.
