Service advisor was quick, knowledgeable and courteous. He knew of a potential issue based on symptom recognition and GM TSB. He didn’t beat around the bush.
I understand that warranty work isn’t big money for a dealer. But he treated me like it was an out of pocket expense.
Next door I went to the Cadillac dealership to pick up my loaner car and had the same experience. Treated well.

What Service ?? - Pissed off
Called this dealership regarding a recall/reimbursement issue. The advisor told me to bring all my information in for processing. When I arrived an advisor told me that Jack was the person to speak with. Jack was sent a text message and I was told he was on the property and would be back shortly. After waiting for over 30 minutes and no Jack, I left all my documents. I called and asked to speak with Jack the next morning. Jack was rude and condescending and told me he didn't have time to speak with me about my situation with the recall. After leaving negative feed back over two weeks I have never heard anything back from Jack. The owner responded to my feedback and left the same message that others have been given: Call Gary Holder and the main number for the dealership. Gary Holder has not responded to repeated attempt to contact him. What kind of service department is this???

ATTENTION: To all my friends that know me and my wife and how we live our lives with integrity, honesty and respect for others. SOOOO when I post something like this you can rest assured it is 1,000000% accurate account of what happened with this dealership. I was in Orlando so My wife took my truck in for a broken AC and truck is less than 3 years old and left with a $1400.00 bill for fluid services. Below is the dealership and the link to leave a review. DO AS YOU will, like I said you all know us and I will not stop until this dealership is held accountable or looses their right to use the Chevy name.
My comment to them:
My wife just took my truck back to your dealership for a broken AC on my truck (giving you another shot at doing the right thing) and left with the AC still broke and $1400 worth of fluids being changed. Which when I consulted with other dealerships and Chevy's 50,000 maintenance recommendations all said it was totally inflated and NOT needed at all. You have made a HUGE mistake and I will now make it my life's mission to inform the entire community about your dirty dealings and your dishonest dealership. PS I paid for lifetime oil changes at the dealership in Green acres (which is through GM itself) and your dealership not only would not honor it they made my wife call down to them and prove what you should already know which is if you have that Chevy symbol outside your building then you are required to honor the program. Again another attempt at padding the bill and stealing from the customers. Watch what happens now, I'm really really good at social media and letting everyone know whats the story with businesses that operate like yours. That will be the single most regrettable $1400 you have ever made. Guaranteed!

Excellent, wonderful, great, all describe my first expericence at Grieco. When I had the problem with my car, I had no idea the extent of what I was up against. Thanks to Jasmine's calm demeanor, she set up my appointment and luckily for me my Service advisor was Jonatan Cardoza.
Jonatan didn't keep me waiting regarding my situation. He called me as soon as the problem was determined and provided me my options and reasonable quotes on crucial items my car needed. I never got the feeling, like some dealerships, that I was being over-priced and items were being added just to increase my bill. Mr. Cardoza was professional, courteous, personable and relatable. I would recommend him anytime.
Lastly, I just want to say thanks for making my first experience at Grieco as stree-free as possible.

I'm a customer since 2010. Have bought and pay to Chevy's at AutoNation Chevrolet Greenacres where they believe customer service and customer satisfaction is not important. Well they are wrong because I am planing to buy another car and thanks to this experience it will never be with them. I left my car on Monday 12/26/2017 for a recall and ask about a light that is on and got a call from Brad to my husband saying it will be a sensor on a tire over 500 dollars and I decline at this time. Well... Never got a phone call from Brad that my car was ready to be picked up... call and left three messages...No response... called the service department which said 12/28/2017 your car is ready to be picked up. Showed up saw Brad which send me to the cashier acting like is all ok and I never left him 3 messages... get to the cashier and asked to pay $160.21 for the diagnosis.... Really? It must be nice if they advise their clients that's how much it cost since I was told by Brad that that is a standard charge that takes longer than 1 hour on the computer to check everything like I'm an idiot.... worst customer service. Felt discriminated... unappreciated and guess what there are many competitors out there and I guarantee you I am not the only unhappy customer. It is the worst customer service I have ever had and they gave me my car filthy after I paid 160 dollars and when I'm ready to get in the car they said would you like us to wash your car.... that is so disrespectful.... OMG... I hope corporate take this seriously because your business will be going next door... poor...poor...way to do business.. from start to end... will never visit this place again and will tell all the people I know how horrible it is....

I brought my car in for the standard 50,000 mile service. When I brought my car in it ran beautifully. They told me there was a leak and that they had to remove my whole engine to fix the leak, which was covered under the warranty. When I left the dealership, after my service visit, my car air conditioning wouldn't cool unless my car was moving and the car ran badly when in idle. It got considerable worse over time. The car then started to stall out when at a red light. The air wouldn't cool and the car kept stalling. I brought the car back in and asked them to look at it. They wanted to charge me $140 to look at it again. They waived the fee since I was bringing it back from the service visit I just had. They looked at it again and said there was no problem. The rep said they lubed the disk and it was running good. I picked up my car, and it ran ok for a day. It started with the same problem again so I brought it back AGAIN. They said they looked at it and it DID need a new disk. I told them to go ahead and replace the disk; I signed a quote form saying it would not exceed $400. They sat on the car and did not do the work. I came it to pick it up later that evening and they told me they didn't do anything with it. I had to leave it yet another day. The next day they told me the disk was fine that is was only the wiring that was loose. They are wanting to now charge me $377 to adjust the wiring correctly! I never had a problem until I took my car for service originally. They are now telling me I have to pay something that was caused by their work!
The service manager just informed me there would be no charge. If that is the case, I will change the rating to a 2 star.

I had a leveling kit installed on my 2018 Silverado. Not an issue, even Chevy dealerships sell lifted trucks. My leveling kit raised the front about 3 inches. This caused the headlights to aim to high into the faces of oncoming traffic. Went to Coconut Creek Chevy to have the headlights adjusted. They told me it would take about 1.5 hours and charge me for 1.5 hours of labor. After about one hour and forty five minutes they told me my truck was ready. The GM mechanic told me that he adjusted the lights down as far as they would go and I should be alright. “I should be alright” is not what anyone wants to hear. They charged me $217 !! For this adjustment. Later that night I drove my truck. The mechanic was correct, he adjusted the lights all the way down. My lights pointed at the ground right in front of my truck. Aggravated, I googled headlights adjustment. So it turns out that this $217 one and a half hours of work consists of this. Open the hood of the truck and turn two Phillips head screws. No exaggeration, it took me five minutes to correctly adjust my lights. this is an example of why dealerships have a reputation of being crooks and ripping off customers. This was a perfect opportunity for the dealership to be honest and say it will take us a couple minutes to do this, not a big deal. This would make me a return customer. Instead they lie to me, charge me $217 and don’t even fix the problem. They lost a customer and I hope others use caution before being serviced at this Chevy dealership.

Took them a week to replace a bumper they estimated to take one day. Did not contact me to inform me repairs would take longer and did not return half of my phone calls. Did not appreciate the general attitude of Mr. Woods or his supervisor. Courtesy driver was quite nice.
