I went in looking for a specific type of vehicle, had in narrowed down to a couple models. It was easy to work with Anthony D'Amico, who helped me test drive the vehicles and make my choice. Excellent trade in for my vehicle, and worked with me until I was comfortable with the deal we had made, and I made the decision to stop shopping and buy from them. After the purchase I noticed a slight vibration in the wheels, they rebalanced the tires immediately and fixed the problem.

I have owned BMW's for the past 48 years and on Feb 20 I purchased a new 7 series BMW from Braman which was the first the first time dealing with Braman. The entire process from arrival to leaving with the new car was done efficiently and faster than I have ever experienced on any prior auto purchase. Ashok (Ash) was very friendly, knowledgeable, clear and very transparent during my recent purchase of a BMW X6. The entire deal was done without pressure and concrete and honest information was always provided.
The process did take a while longer then I had expected but no fault of Ash who was very accommodating and kind.

This dealership is horribly unprofessional. It is not just one visit but on at least 3 occasions over the past several months they give the BMW brand a bad name. The service department should be named the “lack of service” department. They are trying to take advantage of customers, “repaired” and AC that did not have any issues and charged warranty, don’t repair items that are defective and try to charge me outrageous charges, refuse to give the contact information for supervisors when asked. They invested a ton of money in a beautiful new dealership but the service department continues to be run the same way and really is a negative to the brand. This is my second BMW (great supporter while I lived in Texas) but will probably be my last now that I live near this dealership.

I bought an X7 M50i almost a week ago, the dealership gave me the car with a battery defect and with a bad battery warnings in the dashboard, I reported it as soon as I got home from the dealer. Now the car again is in the shop for software problems related to camera sensing, lighting, the a/c doesn't work And the car is less than 7 days new.
The worse thing of all is that I have had to chase everyone to get my problem sort it out. No one of the person's that were involved in the sales process has showed up, given face, taken accountability or responsibility or even saying we are sorry we will take care of it. The only person that seems to be doing everyone else's job is Huntley, who is the BMW expert.
So disappointed about how they turned from nice and attentive to completely careless and unaccountable after the sale was made. I also red a review on the other comments about the financing rates, a similar thing happened to me.
Overall, to anyone reading this review or doing his homework from my experience I do regret not using a larger dealer. The only reason that I'm worrying this review is so that other people don't go through the same experience as I did. my recommendation is that you consider another dealer. I consider myself a reasonable person and understand that things can go wrong but what is unacceptable is not taking responsibility and accountability for them and I'm just shocked as how many people actually influenced my sales process and how none of them are taking accountability or have no rush in fixing what it happened. I just want my new car that I spend a lot of money on and as time goes by I'm starting to get concerned that the car might be a lemon.... I just want this nightmare to end....
