Luis Rodriguez in finance has single handedly made the car buying experience fun! Yes I said fun. He is upbeat, has a great attitude and by far the most personable finance individual we have ever met.
We initially went in to lease 2 vehicles and were absolutely pleased with him so much so that 2 months later when we went into lease 2 additional vehicles and although it would be a longer wait we absolutely insisted that Luis be the one to handle our 2 purchases and he did and once again he didn't disappoint.
Despite the long period of time that one spends at any given dealer when in the market for a vehicle, he is so pleasant and Luis makes you feel as if you are part of his family. Every time that I need to do any errands for my car, it gives hard time dealing with this dealership. I will give it 1 start for keeping my appointment time, 1 for providing lift 2 ways, but regarding customer service, labor and common sense, no sir can't do. I took my car for a recall, oil change and AC filter change. Obviously they try pressure you to get all services, but if someone mess up with white stains in your seats and doors, they will call you a liar. If i had a car wash and vacuum, and my seats have stains all over, do something before delivering the car to the customer, and stop saying " we never had an issue like that, you might had that already". - Gary Levine (service advisor)
