As I was getting my 2010 Mazda CX-7 serviced I was torn between getting it serviced again, or just getting a new vehicle. But it had been such a long time since I had bought a new vehicle that to go through that process was just so scary as a woman to go at it alone. But when I mentioned it to my service adviser Andrew and Mr Moon, they said, :not to worry because we have just the person to walk you through this, and his name is Charlie Epting:. Charlie was simply amazing. He was not pushy and took his time with me to help me understand everything about my new vehicle. I've bought lots of vehicles over my lifetime but no one has ever taken the time to go over every option that this new SUV offers. Even the manager, Chris Littlepage was so helpful in getting all my paperwork completed with the finance guy. I bought my new Mazda from Charlie and I recommend everyone who's looking for a new car to make Mazda or Wesley Chapel the only place to shop.

I purchased a new 2015 Silverado from Castriota. I had to take my vehicle back for a re-call order, while I was there I had them look at my wheels, that the top coat of the wheels is coming off and the medal looks like is rusting... THESE WHEELS AND TIRES WERE A $2700 option. Castroiota personnel stated that they will help me if I paid ANOTHER $1400. I refused so now I have a 2015 Silverado with 19,250 miles that looks awful with these wheels. Will I do business there again xxxx NO if just one person reads this and goes someplace else to purchase their new vehicle, that would be super great because that's one less steak that Castrota personnel can put on their grill. NO STARS

Register Chevrolet lied to me about Finance approved and then took vehicle away from me a week later!!!!!. New vehicle was home delivered to me, a brand new vehicle, directly to my house said loan was approved I signed all legal papers and made first payment on the spot. then a week later was told that the loan was not approved, their mistake, they came and took my new car away from my driveway a week later. "They messed up" is what I was told Sales, Sales Manager, and the newer Finance Woman messed up dud not read everything. all the way up the dealership!!!! Stay away!!!!

I called to discuss some advertising literature I received in the mail. As soon as I mentioned the literature appeared to be somewhat misleading...Mr. Allison became rude, condescending, and abruptly hung up on me. I will never buy from them as a result of his actions, not to mention the deliberate misleading advertising aimed at getting you on their lot. I know, I know...all dealerships do it to a point...but this was by far the most sleazy piece of mail I have ever received from a car lot. It is certainly not conducive to establishing trust between a potential buyer and the dealership. As a result of this...if you are going to buy from them I would suggest that you get everything in writing.
