After going to several dealerships the past few days we ended up at Elder Ford of Tampa ! I’m so glad we did ! We arrived and was greeted by our Awesome Salesman Robo and he introduced us to the Sales Manager Michael Cash. Talk about a friendly, home town feeling (and this was our first time there)!! I informed Robo I wanted cash in my pocket after the purchase and said they will do there best to make that happen. He went and talked to his Sales Manager and came back with an amount ( I’m a negotiator if you know me at all ) LoL then his Sales Manager walked over and said , Yes we can do that price !!!
I can’t say enough nice things about this car dealership and if you don’t believe me go see Robo and Mr. Cash and tell them I sent you!
Y’all have a customer for life !!!

Very disappointed that Aaron failed to advise me of external scratches on the vehicle which were unnoticeable until the vehicle was washed and cleaned after the sale (perhaps he was unaware of the damage). Aaron did call to insure me he was not aware of any problems with the vehicle at purchase. Vehicle was not detailed with excellence in clean-up after purchase. Also discovered malfunctioning driver window at first usage. Returned vehicle for servicing on Monday after purchase of vehicle on Saturday. Service department repaired recall item along with the malfunctioning window; and assisted in setting up Keyless Entry System. Upgraded Overall Experience from 3 to 4 stars; Customer Service from 3 Stars to 4 Stars. Did not change Quality of Work for 3 Stars; and would have updated to 5 Stars if dealer had offered to perform an excellent detail on vehicle. Customer service and Quality of Word could be improved regarding Sales Servicing of vehicle.

I went into my car shopping day expecting to deal with some pushy and otherwise rude salesman. That was quickly changed once I met with Ingo. He treated me with respect and did everything he could to help me find a vehicle I could afford but also enjoy. It was almost as if he was buying the car for himself, as he showed me many vehicles well within my price range which was very low to begin with. I was very pleased with his attitude as a salesman and would highly recommend him to any looking for a new vehicle. Great experience overall with this particular salesman, and I had dealt with about 15 that day in the Brandon Area. Thanks again Ingo.

Never buy a used vehicle from this place they had mine for over a month and they kept putting it off and putting it off I would call they wouldn't return my calls nobody I will never never go back there and never recommend them to nobody.

This dealership only wants to sell you a vehicle if they can steal yours and pay all the money for theirs. Also they want to sell you a hundred thousand mile Ford pickup knowing that it needs plugs and that service is about $1,000 but they want the customer to pay for it before they sell it. I guess I'll buy a Chevrolet Silverado. I guess I'll buy Chevrolet Silverado
