We stopped by Conley because it was near our house in Sarasota, and a few days later we bought a new Subaru Outback to replace our 1997 Volvo. The young man who helped us, Jan Lazek, was low-key and unfailingly helpful, giving us just the information we wanted and needed. We negotiated rather aggressively, and we felt we were treated respectfully and honestly at all times.We also felt we got a wonderful car, and, given our tendency to keep a car until it graduates from college, we look forward to a long relationship with Conley. What a terrific dealership. We are seniors, so we have decades of experience, and this stands out for its ease. Thank you, Jan.
