Overall the service department was friendly and informative. The Service Manager said he requested for my car's transmission to be covered under "Good Will" since the warranty had expired by 2000 miles and the timeframe was around 1 year out. The request was rejected. I have no issues with the dealership. I'm only upset with the brand and that I didn't do more research on the CVT that comes in a lot of these vehicles. Please do your research before deciding on your purchase.

If I could give them 6 🌟 I would! I live in South Texas and found my car through CarGurus. Rick picked my mother and me up from the airport, took the time to carefully explain everything about the car and free additional contract benefits while also making the transaction easy/downright pleasurable! It was so nice to meet such an honorable, quality, and professional individual/company! (I’ve had a monstrous experience in the past with a different dealership/J & S Autohaus six, Mount Holly New Jersey. I had to take them to the BBB!). Benton Nissan of Bessemer was an absolute blessing! You can feel very confident in all your purchases. I recommend you come to them instead of ANYWHERE else! Hi I took my Jeep Cherokee here for 2 recalls. Driving home that night, my car starting acting crazy. It was speeding when I wanted it to stop and lunging periodically when driving. I called the service department to discuss. They were concerned and wanted me to get it back to them right away. Due to my work schedule, it would have been 4 days before I could get it to them. The service department came to my work and picked up the car, fixed it and brought it back to me. They didn't want me driving around with the car acting so nutty. They indicated the recall had malfunctioned and repeated the recall procedure followed by a test drive to make sure all was ok. Thanks for the extra effort to make sure my car was corrected.

I called to make sure that a car they had listed online was still available. They said it was and told me they'd go ahead and pull it up to have it ready for me to take a look while I drove 30 minutes in to visit them. When I got there, the sales agent who they told me to see had not gotten the vehicle ready for me. When the sales agent went to get it, she learned that it was in their detail shop after having been sold prior to when I called to check availability. They were more concerned about asking me what other vehicles I might be interested in and making excuses than they were about the fact that they just wasted an hour of driving time on my part.

Bought a used vehicle. Number of issues with the car. Calls to salesman, sales manager and general manager were ignored. Head office would not help. No action until I physically showed up at the dealership. No customer service. Lack of courtesy and dismissive attitude at all levels within the dealership. Get a VIN search. I purchased a 2005 altima nissan, 13000 miles on it in April 05 from Crump Nissan. I paid cash money for this car! In the pricing of the car they agreed to get the dents out of the bumper and repaint the same. Well it has been repainted twice and looks much worse, dents still there, water bubbles all in the paint.
My car now has 22000 miles on it. I am on this day putting 2 new tires on the care to keep it from shaking and they are slick.
It was my fault not to be a better shopper or ask about this dealership. I did not look at the tires, but 13000 miles I guess I thought they would be ok. I do not believe I saved that much money, but thought that I would. I wish they would just give me back my money for the car and let me be satisfied. You know these people knew this car. I admit on the right side of the car it was dented and I allowed them to fix that and still purchased the car. First wash job on it, you have never send soooo many dents and scratches that were covered by some sort of awful paint to cover them. This car was awful for 13000 miles and I wish they would have been honest and said you do not want this car. I told "Tim Dodd" my salesman I had bad vibes about that car and I had a right to. I bought the 3.5 so I could get dual exhaust, well on the left side of car the pipe extender was gone and I pd to have another one put on. It showed up so bad. Thank You, but I have been sick ever since this purchase. Kathy Bishop I will return to the lot when I go back to AL to tell them all this.
