I was worried that I was making a mistake. I couldnt have been more wrong. I adore my new cx 5. I did my research and chose Ft Walton Mazda. What a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind, courteous and knowledgable. All my apprehension melted away. Never once did I feel like I was being rushed. All questions were calmly answered. If you have a choice, go to Ft Walton Mazda and ask for Anthony Hall.

The process was simplified with a no pressure atmosphere so that we could make sure we purchased what we wanted and needed. SHANNON WEBB was the best salesman we’ve ever encountered. He is thorough, like-able, non-aggressive, courteous, and knowledgeable. We could not be happier with our purchase!
I have been a long term customer at Stivers Ford/... - Don.Laking2
I have been a long term customer at Stivers Ford/ Lincoln. Today was a perfect example of the service manager addressing my concerns about my car even though I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. I was able to speak directly with the technician performing the work. The Service Advisor kept me informed. Job was done right. I drive by other dealerships in the region to do business with Stivers, either purchase or service the experience has always been friendly and attentive
Denied warrenty - sophiajackson
Took vehicle in for warranty service on a mazdaspeed 3. Immediately as soon as the tech open the hood he accused me of modifying the car. I have no aftermarket parts on my mazda and it is STOCK!!
After they reviewed the vehicle they found the car needed a new turbo and denied the warranty claiming modification to a stock vehicle.
Under the Magnuson-Moss Act, a dealer must prove, not just vocalize, that and claimed aftermarket equipment caused the need for repairs before it can deny warranty coverage. NOTE: My car is stock. If the dealer cannot prove such a claim — or it proffers a questionable explanation — it is your legal right to demand compliance with the warranty. The Federal Trade Commission administers the Magnuson-Moss Act and monitors compliance with warranty law.
Avoid this dealer at all cost as they only have one tech on staff and they look for ways not to honor warranty because they are understaffed.
