Beginning in Oct 2017 I brought my truck in as a victim of the dreaded "Chevy Shake" uncorrectable vibration (google/youtube it). Service lied and said it was my tires. Over 7 months they continued to lie and replace parts not related to the issue to bleed money from GM through warranty troubleshooting repairs to line their own pockets. I complained to GM. GM ordered a final repair attempt where the Service Manager Ed McCombs blamed my new set of tires which is obviously not the case. I proceeded to file for a lemon buy back and GM's first offer was complete buy back. "Now tell me, Mr. McCombs, does GM often buy back trucks that you claim have nothing wrong with them? With misjudgments so exceptional, are you competent to be service manager?" This is fraud of the warranty system at my expense. I was with out my truck for 38 days over 7 months and when they replaced the rear-end the service tech left out a gasket and all the gear oil leaked out causing me more unnecessary down time, gross incompetence. I bought 7 new Yukons and Sierras from Vince Whibbs over 14 years and everything was fine as long as nothing went wrong. I would avoid the dealership and '14-Present Sierras & Silverados if I were you.
