Took car to Cooper Chevrolet after taking it twice to the dealership I bought it from.... told there twice basically “no clue what’s wrong with your car”..I stopped by Cooper Chevrolet hoping to get some helpful answers. Received super friendly welcome to dealership by Tracy Dinning. Within 2 minutes of talking to him he told me exactly what was wrong with my car. Awesome service - Heinytwo
Unfortunately we had a mishap with our tow vehicle and had it towed to John Thorton Chevrolet dealer in Lithia Springs Georgia although they were not able to repair the vehicle or the cost we’re hoping for they were very kind and knowledgeable with awesome personalities they helped us find a storage yard and arrange for a tow saving us over 100 bucks.
Their hospitality was over and above what you would expect. It’s great to see there are still honest reliable and trustworthy people who truly want to help, just because!

Great Customer care service - Sherri2153
We were on vacation and heading to Florida and our ABS brakes went out, I looked on my GPS and this dealership came up as the closest to us. It was on a Saturday around 1130 and they asked how soon we could get there and got is in right away. They offered us refreshment/ lunch and got us back on the road in no time. It made the rest of our vacation less stressful. Awesome customer service, very friendly and completed in reasonable amount of time. Thank you! Tim and Sherri Valentine
Welcoming, nice and professional at the same time. - Scorpio48
Because the good welcome, being nice and professional at the same time, I think your dealership is trustable. First the team want to understand my problem, then handle it almost immediately. People's are very accessible and explain clearly the problem, give an estimate for fixing it, give alternative of choice. Then, make an easy way for checking solution's which are affordable to me and always letting me making the choice without trying to influence me. Having a good test for my future car, good contact with other member's of the sale team, finding the best possible way for financing. All the team was very patient with me (even facing my strong French accent) and they spent all needed time for me.
Well, is that's not an excellent service I don't know what it is.
Customer Service - Only4me26
I have been to Ivory Chevrolet on many occasions and have only left once with terrible service. That was my first time visiting but as I went back the service kept getting better. Fred is the best man for any job and will make sure you leave happy! He always makes sure I am taken care of, I appreciate him a lot.

Took my Kia Soul to Crown Kia to have warranty work done on it. It was done in a very timely manner. Will gladly be going back for all my service work.
service you can count on. - 2005 hybrid truck
I have a hybrid truck, few dealers will work on it. We were out of town and had to go to another dealer and were not satisfied with what I was told. Drove home and to Gilland Chevrolet where I received excellent service (again), straight answers and excellent repairs in a timely manner at a reasonable price. It is so GOOD to deal with a dealer that truly has the customer first, they don't just say it, They Show It.....
Worked me in quickly. - joelunchbox
Dropped Ion off without an appointment for alignment. I am very pleased that they were able to do it in less than 90 minutes. Alignment was done right the first time, too! Nice job!

Friendly Staff and Knowledgeable Technicians - Brit17o9
Came in because I was hearing some suspension noises and wanted an idea of what kind of repair I was looking at. Even with my vehicle being a Mazda the technician was happy to ride along with me and let me explain to him what I was hearing. Both Brittney and John were very friendly as well.
100% Excellence - Auprofs
Fast service done by expert technicians. And dealing with the service people is always a good experience! We made it at 531 PM to drop the vehicle off for service and Jane stayed to make sure our keys were in the office instead of the dropbox. A little thing but a great indicator of the service you receive here.
Great service and timely - Duramax 2017
Service was fast and convenient. Technician recommended items that might need attention in the future. Truck was delivered back to me, clean. Would recommend Hardy Chevrolet for service.
service - maindriver
Just about every time I bring me car in for a grease & oil change I have had to bring my car back in before I even leave so they could put air in my tires. No one has checked it. This time they did not even reset my oil gauge to 100%. I am just wondering what else they did do. I thought this was a 6 point inspection. I never got a sheet for one.
GM Cerified....bad experience - Shiptraverse
I have a GM certified, 2015 Chevy Traverse.
I took it to their service department where I was hoping to get the problem fixed in a few days. They told me it was a motor mount that was causing all of my issues and that it was u see warranty and repaired and ready to pick up. I come pick it up and drive home (13 miles) and it is having for similar if not exact....steering wheel won’t make Sharp turns, burning rubber smell, loud noise near steering column...etc. I call the service department back and tell them what’s going on and they tell me to bring it back in. My kids miss dance...I drive back and drop it off again..this time they call me
and tell me it’s the power steering pump and that it will be $771.00....I told him that I would get with my husband and call him back. I later called
In and told them that we would be picking up the vehicle and repairing it at another time...everything seemed ok and he told me to come by 6.
This is when the craziness started. I had the pleasure (not) of working with Michael Beam “Mike”. He never told me that I had any balance at all, I tried to pick up my keys and he told me to follow him..,I noticed we were going towards the cashiers bit didn’t really put anything together until he started telling me that I had to pay my balance before he would give me my keys. I told him that I was not informed or prepared to pay anything and that with the GM certified warranty I thought that the diagnoses was covered...( it has been previously at dealerships). He got mad and picked up a pen in rage and started clicking back and forth towards me and appeared to be shaking mad and said that I was going to pay that this was not fair to his service people. He was getting more upset by the minute and would not release my keys. When he started pointing the pen at me and shaking his skating raging fist at me I decided to walk away and call the Carrollton Police. I did not feel safe here...I felt like he was threatening me and trying to make me pay for something that I never agreed to...but the pen thing put me over he edge I was here with my 3 kids and they were very scared and upset. They didn’t understand what was going on and I couldn’t get them out of there fast enough. I feel like I was definitely treated badly and I know that the employee was in the wrong because he disappeared, never came back, never apologized and did not present himself to the police. This place was highly recommended to us. We are from Bremen and even went to high school with one of the Bells. I am very upset that this happened to me and even more upset that my kids had to witness this. I was treated badly because I couldn’t pay 771.00 a few days before Christmas and he was very upset with me and thought that if he intimidated me enough I would give in. I don’t appreciate being treated like this and the thing that bothers me most is that if my husband came in he would have never been treated this way. I hope that this was a rare “bad experience” and that Michael Beam has misrepresented this company. I am waiting to hear back from the service manager who is trying to see if Chevy will be able to help
Resolve the power steering issue...but I’m honestly
Scared to come back to this dealership. I have never been treated this badly...I was scared, I was disrespected and my kids were scared. I didn’t do anything to deserve this and I truly hope that this information is relayed to the right people so this doesn’t happen again...to anyone else. All I got was excises about it being a stressful time of year.i still can’t believe this happened and I am really trying to figure out what the next step is to take. I would be concerned if I was Mike Bell because this man refers to himself as”Mike@ and I wasn’t sure if it was the actual Mine Bell or not until I looked over the paperwork. I plan on reaching out to him too but people beware...and I honestly like to ha for
My own business but ladies beware....
OUTSTANDING - Tambone99
We were a long way from home returning from vacation when my check engine light came on. I found this place which was closest to us, and spoke with Martin breig. He told us to bring it right in. He did the diagnostics and gave us a price. He then proceeded to call our warranty company to hash out their coverage. They fixed our car, gave me a coupon for a bit of discount and were on our way, safe and sound. I cannot say how grateful we are for the fabulous service and treatment we received at this establishment! If we lived anywhere near this location, it would certainly be my go to! Thanks from a couple of weary travelers!!!!
They kept my car and no one called me. - Kelly
I took my car in for service. I had an appointment set up a month in advance. I dropped my car off at 9am. I had to wait an hour and a half to get a ride home. Then at 6pm I decided to call them. All service employees had gone home and no one called me. I was told someone would call me in the morning.
I will not be taking my car back to this dealership.
New Customer - focused2
This dealerships' coalition department is unprofessional and, staff lack proper pro tidal when communicating with customers. If I had read the terrible review on another site, I would have ever taken my car there. This dealership has had my 2015 Trax for nearly three weeks to repair a very minor bumper problem. My insurance company sent to adjusters out to approve the.damages. The first inspector quoted a price of approximately $594.00. However, mechanics took the entire bumper off and found additional damages. The second adjuster approved it, insurance submitted payment, both stating that it is a two day job. The first and second weeks, I was patient, giving them the benefit of doubt. Even though, staff never reached out to me to inform me of the process. I am always calling them to get, it will be ready on a specific day and never is. When I read the negative reviews, I noticed the owner "Terr Cullen" replied to each one with contact our service manager. He, just like his staff is not interested in customer satisfaction. This was my first and my last dealing with Terry Cullen Chevrolet. I will make certain that all dealership organizations and The BBB are aware of the service and unprofessional staff at Terry Cullen. Laura, Falicia and Jeremy are very nice on the phone and I appreciate that. However, they still have my car and I feel that they have caused problems with it, as one customer reported they did to is. The owner should be ashame of its staff and, how customers are treated. The competition in this industry is high with dealership staff that knows how to treat first time customers to have them become life timers.
Best Service i have ever had - Hope
I think the service is what stands out the most of this dealership and sets them apart from others. I bought my Camaro from another dealership last year, and had poor service even when i was in to go for test drive and buy the car. i decided to try the dealer in the town where i live and have always went back. they always provide a way for you to get to work and back even though i work 45 min. away and have even brought my car back to my house; i wish they were given my sale originally. The staff is phenomenal, from the receptionist Mel who is so sweet, to the service guys Billy and John and their manager Jason; such a great team.
First Impressions are the Best! - VetteMan
Greeted at the dealership by Aggie Watson. A great people person who greeted with a smile and welcomed me. That goes a long way with me!
I definitely would recommend Bellamy Strickland for a new car or truck.
No no no. Go elsewhere and save your hard earned money - dustyRider
I am SO pissed. Last time had oil change at Chevrolet of Gadsden store, it was $79. A little pricey but I wanted my truck really checked out because the powertrain warranty was almost out and I had bought the truck the previous March. Went back today because they were really good last time and I knew some of the folks who worked there from my days working at different Chevy dealers for nearly 20 years.
This store has changed owners again and I didn’t realize it would be so different. Not a familiar face in sight, ok that’s fine.
The service adviser was a little over the top making gushy compliments and upselling left and right, but whatever dude I know that’s your job. Just get the oil change done and we will be ok.
Now this “Best” oil change was supposed to be 76.95 plus tax (I assumed it would include labor and parts like EVERY other place on the planet - that was MY mistake). Well they added on $35 air filter that was okayed by me.
BUT, $44.04 labor, $5.85 for “service materials” (what is that??) + $38.99 for COURTESY multi point inspection and a bunch of other charges that make NO sense. Ok let me pause right here and say that I went to public school and the last time I checked Miriam Webster the word “courtesy” means free of charge - not FEE for charge = $38.99. Hang on and I will google it to be sure - yep - Google says courtesy means “supplied FREE of charge to people who are ALREADY paying for another service”.
$174.02 to change my oil and rotate the tires.
They tried to tell me that my truck needs the coolant system flushed for another $275 plus labor and taxes because the truck is 5 years old.
Dude the truck doesn’t even have 20,000 miles!!!! Argh!! I will never go back there again. Way overpriced. For that cost they should have done a full wash and detail too! Bottom of the ticket says I may receive a survey. Please God let me get one!!!
Terrible service department. - monarchs
Needed a fuel sending unit replaced in my 87 Monte Carlo SS Aerocoupe and also the belts were making a little noise on startup. This is a very clean car with 60xxx original miles. They replaced the fuel sending unit and told me I needed a new power steering pump, I picked the car up and within 2 days, the sending unit stopped working again. I took it back to them, they confirmed it was the sending unit and initially told me I would have to pay for the labor of putting a new one in again. I told them I wasn't going to do that and would just go somewhere else. The service manager Josh said he would see what he could do. Called me back the next day and said they would take care of it. A few days later, I went and picked the car back up. Once I got it home, I noticed the trunk key was missing. I called Josh back to let him know and he said he would look for it. I also took the car to a different shop (non dealer) to have the belts seen about. This shop said the power steering pump was fine, it was just the belts that needed adjusting. It's been about a month now and the belts are quiet and I still, after repeated calls, do not have my trunk key. The dealership will not take responsibility for losing my key. Never do business with these folks.
Two visits--Tried to sell bogus repair: (Read Review) - Bob
I bought a used Silverado some years ago at another dealer. I went in for an oil change and was told I needed to replace my oil pan gasket for $300 and some dollars. I looked at the oil pan and it looked like someone had smeared oil on it--not seepage. I watched it for the next five years and never had a spot on the driveway or needed to add oil. I never went back until today. I called about replacing my airbag igniter and was told the part was there and scheduled appointment for the next day. When I showed up at the dealer they did not have the part and had no idea who made the appointment. They are 0 for 2 and will never have another chance with me.
Buyer beware! - irritated customer
Zero stars. BUYER BEWARE!! I own a commercial transportation company with 8 Fords in my fleet. I can't begin to tell you how horrible and incompetent Earnest McCarty's service department is. Took my Transit van in for the 2nd time (same issue with AC not blowing cold) for it to sit on their lot for 3 days before they touch it, only to be told the problem was "fixed". Dropped it off Tues morning @ 6:30am. Didn't speak to anyone unless I called to check on the vehicle. No one ever returned my phone calls when I left messages to find out the status. On Friday my mgr & I drove up to the dealership to find out what was going on with the vehicle. We put the thermometer in the vent to find the car wouldn't cool lower than 62 degrees. But we were told it was "fixed". At this point I have gotten the GM Chris & Owner Lee involved in hopes the problem would get resolved. When we returned to p/u the vehicle on Saturday my stick thermometer would only go to 60-62 degrees up front. Left the vehicle there. Monday rolls around and I get a call saying the van is cooling @ 44 degrees. I call and speak with Scott in service explaining to him not to waste my time coming up there if it wasn't fixed. I'm then transferred to Brian the "service manager". I explain my situation with him and the comment out of his mouth is "at this time neither of us are making any $$ in this situation". Come Monday the GM nor Lee were available. Picked up the vehicle to take to another dealer.
This organization could certainly benefit from some customer service/communication training from the top down. I feel like I've been dealt a fresh turd from Ford and this dealership. This isn't the first time I've dealt with BS from this organization. Their porter damaged my last F550 bus I had with them. Was told the dealership would take care of my damage. 2 months later their body shop dropped the ball. Ended up having to take it to Transportation South's body shop and send them the bill. Even looking past the 1st experience with the damage done by the porter I gave them a 2nd chance to make it right. I'll never step foot back in the place for anything. You've been warned in advance.
