This used to be Ron Hibbard Toyota which I purchased two vehicles in the past with great interactions both times. Now it's become BIG BUSINESS TOYOTA and evidently customer loyalty has no meaning. It's amazing that my trade is only worth the exact payoff. But they obviously are not trying to make a deal. So if you find the same vehicle you're looking for elsewhere, don't waste the drive to Gallatin.

Purchased a new limited edition Toyota van in 2020. Some time later my daughter wanted to use the vcr to play a movie for her daughter. We found the head sets but no remote. I told the sales manager who said I waited to long but would check. No reply. I told him you take for granted that everything is in the vehicle like your spare tire. He said I did not have a spare.
The service department said yes you do it is under the vehicle passenger side door. I wonder how well the sales force knows the product they are selling. Will contact Toyota Care to solve the problem.

I bought a new 4Runner TRD over a month ago. Went in with my own financing and they convinced me to finance with them instead, saying they could get me a better rate. MASSIVE mistake. They got my SS# completely wrong when finalizing my loan app after I'd already signed papers and left, and 2 1/2 weeks later had still not paid off my trade in. Apparently they have some crazy policy where they won't pay off the trade-in until the new loan is financed. No one contacted me when the SS# error was discovered. I had to call THEM to find out why my trade in wasn't paid off. It was 100% their mistake... the SS# they used wasn't remotely close to mine and there's zero chance I wrote it down wrong, and there was no point during the paperwork review where I got the chance to confirm my information so it was all on them. It took 2+ weeks of me texting, calling, and emailing almost daily after that to get the loan straightened out. Now it's been over a month since I bought my vehicle and they only just got my loan funded and my trade-in STILL has not been paid off. The late payment is definitely going to hurt my credit, which I have worked very hard to maintain in excellent standing. DO NOT trust this place with taking care of your financing and loan payoff... make sure you keep after them to see that it's been resolved or they will screw your credit up. I will never go back to this place and recommend to everyone I know to buy elsewhere. I love my new vehicle, but this has been the worst car buying experience I've ever had.

I had one of the most pleasant car buying experiences ever at Roberts Toyota. I've been buying cars for 50 years and Toyota Trucks for 37 years. Cory Southern, my salesperson, was great to deal with. A true Gentleman that believes in his product, was patient, helpful, personable and such a pleasure to deal with. I am blessed to have met him. I drove about 90 miles to see a truck that I found on the internet and they made sure that I drove it home. I will be sure to contact Cory and Roberts Toyota when I'm ready to buy again. Definitely a 5 Star dealer, I'd rate them higher if I could!
