My overall evaluation of the service and customer service provided was excellent. Jason greeting me professionally and ensured all my trucks needs were met according to the servicing schedule for me GMC. The waiting room had hot coffee and snacks for customers to eat while we wait. While I was waiting for the technicians to finish with my GMC I walked around the facility to check out all the new vehicles , every vehicle was clean and the organization/display of all the cars& trucks looked amazing. I feel anyone who comes o this facility to purchase or service their vehicle will be completely satisfied. Overall I am completely happy with the overall service provided. Maybe next time I’ll purchase a new car.

I had routine oil change and tire rotation. Worked with my schedule and great customer service. Advised me of fuel injection cleaning that needed to be done. They got it done fairly quickly and my car runs great. I always love my experience with them

I took my Traverse in for a transmission problem (3rd time). During a test drive while the shop foreman was driving the transmission knocked. Now 2 days later they say it won’t duplicate. Their employee was driving it! They told me that it is not showing any codes. I asked what should I do if this happens again and I'm out driving around. I was told that it’s okay if it happens again because its covered under warranty and if I breakdown just call roadside assistance. I was also told that if I pull over, turn the car off and restart it that it clears the computer like my PC at home. Wonder why it won't show any codes? The first time I had transmission problems it had to be towed in, the second time I was told over and over that it wouldn't duplicate. After writing a certified letter and them have the car for several days they had to replace the 3/5/R wave plate again. Let me add that I got less than a mile from the dealership and the transmission jumped.
