My silvarado 2500HD(2015) with a fifth wheel was towed to this dealership one day ago. They diagnosed the problem, got me and my wife a rental car so we could make it back to Illinois. All under warranty. They went out of their way for us. Their diesel mechanic was great. We are waiting for the parts to fix my truck. They have our fifth wheel in their parking lot. I wish this dealer was in illinois.

Purchased a new vehicle with in 200 miles of owning it the air bag light came on and would ding every 5 seconds will driving it. I brought it to the service department and found the drivers air bag was faulty. They would not give me a vehicle to drive so i could leave the truck with them. Very poor customer service after the sale.

Had a 10:30 am appointment, drove 1.5 hrs to dealership, got there and the used car “manager” I spoke with that said he would be there, wasn’t even there. We worked with another salesman, who was great, but when it came down to crunching numbers to make a deal work, the new car salesman that was helping us, brought the sales manager in, the sales “manger” finally made it to work, I started talking about pricing and numbers, and the “manger” rudely told me “GET TO THE POINT”. He didn’t want to here anything I was going to say or any questions I had, so I got to the point and he literally got up and said that was easy have a great day and walked out. His attitude and tone to both my wife and I was UNACCEPTABLE!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone with salesman like that!!! Good luck trying to sell a vehicle that’s been already sitting for a period of time!

Very disappointed would put it lightly. My experience from the start has been trying at best. After spending hours at the dealership to purchase the car and pay for it in full you'd think they would be jumping to make you feel satisfied. To start we purchased the car at the end of the day and said we would be in the next day to pay off the balance and pick up the car. I had called them the next day and said when we would be in and when I arrived the car was still dirty and not cleaned. I ended up having to sit around for over an hour waiting for them to clean the car and it took the sales rep I had going out and vacuuming it and not much else was done. It showed that communication was not a priority there. Then they send off my registration information to my DMV twice, it was returned to them because it went to the wrong location. The second time it has been lost in delivery. Now all new original paperwork is needed and I feel like they are not willing to take care of it. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic and xxxx happens unfortunately I don't think they do. Since this delay my insurance company is dropped this vehicle since it is not registered and I cannot drive it. I have called multiple times and no return call. It feels that they don't care about you after the sale and all they want was your money. I would not recommend them, since my experience has been so poor with them I would have to say go somewhere else. A little good will from the start would have gone a long way but their actions has shown they don't care about their customers.

We had a horrible shopping experience at Ryan Chevrolet in Hattiesburg. To keep it brief, we were interested in purchasing a vehicle and noticed it had a check engine light on. The sales guy & used car manager (I assume?) would not take care of the issue and instead tried to pressure us into purchasing the vehicle "as is" at full price. So glad we took our money elsewhere. Would not recommend purchasing from this dealership!!!

Not only was their price the best, but Chase, the sales manager and Tracy our salesman were the best we have seen . We were treated with respect, courtesy, and personality like we had never seen.
