I recently purchased a 2018 Lincoln Continental Reserve and, after finding the car on-line, did most of the negotiations over the internet with Sean Varone. As a result, I had the best car buying experience ever in my 35 years of making such purchases. Sean was informative, timely and, most important, HONEST! My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with him throughout this entire process. Furthermore, after negotiating a deal and sitting down with the Finance Person (which is normally the worst part for me), I was again impressed with the company's business practices. The process with easy, straight forward and very considerate of my time. There was never any haggling, constant back and forth with the "manager", or back peddling. I highly recommend contacting Sean if you're interested in any Ford, Lincoln or Nissan product.

Our salesman Jeremy was very nice. No complaints there. Once we agreed to buy the truck, that's where the issues began. There were no "detail" people on site so poor Jeremy had to try to detail the truck himself. Sorry, Jeremy, you're no detail man. I spent all day yesterday trying to scrub off the waterspots.
They had only one finance manager so we had to wait over an hour to simply write out our checks and be handed the paperwork. This was the point at which I realized they had added in an extra fee (around $450) for "keeping the lights on". I would have thought the profit margin in the sale would "keep the lights on".
Jeremy was a nice guy and he was quite embarrassed at how we were treated but there was nothing he could do.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Bought a used car from Sean. At the start of the relationship things were great. He returned calls and kept us informed as to when the car would be available for a test drive!
Fast forward to purchase. We signed the papers and drove away with a promise of the second key, that was there at the test drive, would be mailed to us with the registration paperwork. A couple of weeks later we called for status of the paperwork and key and Sean was going to get back to us later that day. 2 weeks later and we’re Still waiting for that call’.
We ended up having to go to the dealership again to get another temporary tag because ours was a day away from expiration. Got the temporary and asked Ben to set an appointment with Emory Shelly so we could explain our frustrations. Ben simply told us “anytime after tomorrow afternoon.” So, my husband called and left a voicemail for Emory and didn’t hear back from him. I waited a week and left a voicemail for him and still nothing. It’s not their policy to return calls and help “customers” it seems.
Emory, if you’re reading this please know we didn’t want anything from you other than to give you a heads up on terrible relationship building from your team. Just wanted you to hear the issue straight from us before leaving poor reviews on sites and by mouth.

I purchased a used vehicle in cash back in June 2019. I never received my tittle therefore I have not been able to obtain my license plate. I have been placing calls to this dealership for over two months now requesting my tittle be made available for pick up. I have spoken to everyone from the used car manager, to the accounting department on down. I was told in January that my tittle had to be mailed from Florida and I would get a call back once it was in. I waited one week and called back to follow up as I was not contacted. I was met with confusion and overall rudeness. At one point I was even placed on "hold" in which the phone was only out down and I could here the 2 clerks not only speaking poorly of me but discussing another customers sensitive information. I then placed 5 more calls with no help on 1/29/2020 and I was finally put in touch with Mrs. Janna Patterson. I explained the situation and went over my experience thus far with her. She was nice and assured me she would take care of me. Today is 2/7/2020, over a week later and I am still without a plate, a tittle, nor have I received a call back. I called Mrs. Patterson earlier today and left a message and still no call back. I am very frustrated with this business, their overall service and lack of concern for customers. It was all smiles and urgency when I handed the salesman, Travis Jordan, my 6000.00 in cash. Now I have a vehicle I can not drive sitting in my driveway and I have not been met with the same urgency as when I made my purchase. This is unacceptable. I am also emailing the BBB, owner of the dealership and anyone else that that I feel needs to have this information.

If I could give a 0 I would. Service advisor went on vacation and dropped ball. 3 separate repairs done in 3 days and still same issues. Spent $1000, 2 wasted trips to pick up vehicle, 2 missed days of work And they thought a $10 discount for being inconvenienced was good. Now on trip 3 to dealership. We have always recommended car manufacturer for service - rethinking that now.

Made a deal to purchase a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum, the dealer driven car but when the car returned to the dealership from being out of town, was told the car was sold to someone else. We had numbers, they pulled my credit and the deal was waiting for the return of the vehicle. Second time this has happened to me through Bill Hood. They do not honor their word and when I requested to speak with the OWNER, Bill Hood regarding this issue, was put off and sent to the voice mail of the general manager of Nissan.

You will be well advised never to set foot in this business! I visited the service department and in a very slick way they quoted a price and when the job was complete doubled my invoice. I protested with the service manager Darryl Terrell, but it was clear he was part of their scam – how could they live with themselves. Thank God for karma.

I was sold an Alternator when I needed Wheel Bearings. Someone hit my car there and they did not call me when it happened and did not apologize. They did not have a clear picture of what the damage was. I will never do business with them again.
