I was driving my 2009 Nissan rogue from DC to Houston when my transmission gave out in Mobile Alabama. As Luck would have it my transmission gave out right across the street from Nissan of Mobile dealership. I showed up at the dealership right as they were opening their doors and met Mike who looked at my vehicle and when he turned on the ignition he said;
“yes!!, it is your transmission and your mileage is low enough that it puts it under warranty!”.
I can’t tell you how happy I was to hear that considering I didn’t have $4000 in my pocket to cover such a huge repair. The repair only took two days and Mike called to keep me abreast of the progress, he even was kind enough to offer me a loaner car.
When my vehicle was repaired I was not told I needed additional repairs only told to keep an eye on a few simple things. For a woman driving across country towing a 5’x8’ trailer a breakdown is pretty much a nightmare come true but, Mike and the wonderful staff at Nissan of Mobile made it a lovely experience. Their waiting room is to-die-for! Leather chairs, popcorn machine, drinks, cable TV! I very highly recommend this establishment for all your automotive needs.

I recently purchased a 2018 Lincoln Continental Reserve and, after finding the car on-line, did most of the negotiations over the internet with Sean Varone. As a result, I had the best car buying experience ever in my 35 years of making such purchases. Sean was informative, timely and, most important, HONEST! My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with him throughout this entire process. Furthermore, after negotiating a deal and sitting down with the Finance Person (which is normally the worst part for me), I was again impressed with the company's business practices. The process with easy, straight forward and very considerate of my time. There was never any haggling, constant back and forth with the "manager", or back peddling. I highly recommend contacting Sean if you're interested in any Ford, Lincoln or Nissan product.

We went to Pat Peck Nissan earlier this week to look at a 2015 Nissan Altima. John Brinkley was our salesman and he knew exactly what we were interested in. We test drove it and knew right away that it was the car we wanted. The purchase was completed within a couple of hours and we were able to pick up the vehicle the next day. We are very pleased with our car buying experience.

Made a deal to purchase a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum, the dealer driven car but when the car returned to the dealership from being out of town, was told the car was sold to someone else. We had numbers, they pulled my credit and the deal was waiting for the return of the vehicle. Second time this has happened to me through Bill Hood. They do not honor their word and when I requested to speak with the OWNER, Bill Hood regarding this issue, was put off and sent to the voice mail of the general manager of Nissan.

Made an appointment to see an advertised used car on the lot. One hour later arrived to see it and had to wait in the lobby for the guy I had the appointment with for about 15 minutes. He appeared, turned me over to another guy, who informed the car had just been sold, "But can I help you find another car?" NO. Bad business practice to have people drive in after making an appointment to see a car, have to wait in lobby with most of staff unmasked for 15 minutes to learn this news.

I was sold an Alternator when I needed Wheel Bearings. Someone hit my car there and they did not call me when it happened and did not apologize. They did not have a clear picture of what the damage was. I will never do business with them again.
