Service department gave us the run-around for MONTHS - kristen
Customer service saw our 2015 Odyssey no fewer than 6 times and the malfunction remains exactly the same. Unknowingly, I bought a lemon from Crest Honda with a major transmission issue. Drives very rough - engine light and transmission message appear on the dash. Each time they ask us to bring it in, there is a different test or excuse - never resolve the issue. We had to bring it in for several consecutive oil changes (why?!?) at our expense in order for them to believe there is a leak. This department never seems to have a rental car for us - a family of five who depends on our Odyssey.
I have owned 4 Hondas in a row, but Honda has lost our business and our goodwill because of this service department!
