Found a truck online that we loved, contacted the dealership and worked out the deal over the phone. The dealership offered to deliver the truck within 2 hours of us since they would have a driver in the area. We gladly accepted to have the truck delivered. Upon arriving to look at the truck, we noticed the windshield was cracked, up to this point we had not been told of any damage. The delivery driver stated that he did not notice the crack when he had test drove it himself a few days before, and thought it may of happened during the transport. We were told to contact the dealership about the issue. We got back in contact with the salesman we had been dealing with and was told that they did not see any cracks upon their final inspection and would check on what could be done. Since the damage occurred while the vehicle was still theirs, we assumed they would do the right thing and fix the issue. In the mean time, we call to add the truck to our insurance policy, come to find out the truck has had a previous insurance claim of $16,000+ worth of damage in 2015. Once again, we were told the truck had never had any accidents or issues. After contacting the salesman again, we were told that the Car-fax on the vehicle was clean. We all know the Car-fax are always correct, right?! Days later we were told that the dealership is not going to do anything to fix the windshield, we were told "...unable to do anything about the windshield and it can be turned into the insurance company and that they will have it fixed without it affecting your insurance rates." Needless to say, we are very displeased with the experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!
