Bought my Yukon XL Denali from Steve M. in Newark (Great experience as well). It has been service at both Pataskala (horrible experience last time) and Newark (Great experience both times). I will focus this review on Newark.
Brought the vehicle in for one of the included oil changes and to have a couple minor warranty issues looked into. They were able to fix both issues and the oil change in 1/2 a day and they found another issue as well that was covered. I felt that John actually listened to my concerns instead of blowing me off like Pataskala did, which was refreshing, and I think it helped to actually get to the root cause of the issue. I would definitely be back to Newark, even though it is quite a bit more out of the way, but it seems to be worth the drive.
A side note, Pataskala used to service my Buick many times without issue, so it may have been a one time problem there as well.
Body Shop repair from deer collision - Subiru
Collision Repair at Body Shop, good work, was done on time, friendly staff, easy scheduling. Lifetime guarantee on work and parts through insurance company. They cleaned the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Changed oil on request, replaced wiper blades and air filter on inspection and kept us updated on the service and repairs.
My Experierence at Joyce Buick, Mansfield, Ohio - Linda Lee
I took my 2007 Saturn Ion in for a check-up due to engine light coming on and ignition switch not working properly. Mileage on this car was only around 58,000.
I had made up my mind that if the problem with the engine light was going too expensive, that I was not going to do the repair work.
While they were checking my Saturn out, I decided to look at the Buick Encore. I bought a new sewing machine about six months ago and I was having great difficulty lifting my sewing machine in to the trunk of the Saturn and also removing the sewing machine due to having to lift it up over the trunk edge and then bringing it forward and setting it on the pavement in order to wheel it in to the building where I was taking my classes.
We knew Matt Moulton, General Manager, and told him that we would like to talk to him about a Buick Encore. He was kind enough to show us all the features that he could show us in the Sales Room. He then turned us over to Patrick Horn who took us outside to see the other Encores they had in stock. Many colors to choose from and different models of the Encore. I took the Encore for a test ride and I was ready to see some figures and what I would have to come up with monthly.
After talking back and forth a little while, I decided to go forward with the deal.
Now, I have a new Buick Encore (Black Cherry) and a great new ride for my sewing machine.

Worst customer service experience ever. After taking my vehicle to the dealership for repairs on recalls and to diagnose why my vehicle wouldn't start, I got stranded on the road not 24 hours after picking up my car. When I called back to ask why they didn't test my alternator, she said the only thing they found wrong with the vehicle starting was the battery terminal and that she is not allowed to test aftermarket parts. After speaking with her manager, he informed me that she did in fact test my alternator, knew it was bad, but no one ever told me.

Bought 2018 Acadia. My have things changed. Very un-courteous staff.
Had to take car in for minor fixes within a week. They tried to give me loaner from the use car lot, which had a bubble in tire, and very dirty. They told my son they did not have time to wash.. I just spent 50k and this is how I was treated. I declined the loaner, and borrowed my sons truck. Car had paint etching on delivery which was a real nightmare to get resolved. I gave up with them, and had the car detailed elsewhere.
Each I came here in the past, it was always a week or two for a simple task. to have scheduled. Time is money, and I just don't have the time for this.. They really need to get there stuff together... Never had this experience at any other GM dealer. Twins Buick is where I have landed, and its like night and day.

I just took my Cascada in for its first oil change/tire rotation. The service representatives were friendly, funny, and very professional. Plus - there was no charge. They told me that the first 2 oil change visits are free - and I did not purchase my car from this dealership. If their sales people are as great as their service people, I will definitely purchase my next car from Coughlin!

As the owner of a local Driving School, I often take my vehicles in for oil changes. Sounds simple. Some time ago my personal vehicle went in for an oil change and I ask to make sure all fluids were topped off, 2 days later my low washer fluid light was on...most recent was a company car, ask to have 3000 mile reminder on sticker not the usual 5000. Also ask for front tires to be checked and topped at 40psi rears at 35. All were set at 32. Sticker was for 5000 miles. Had them add air and redo mileage sticker and it came back at 7000. Service writer said "hes been doing this for a long time, musta overlooked it". Makes me wonder what else gets overlooked.

After dealing with bill Harris and Sunnyside Chevrolet on a brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 dually ltz Sunnyside beat them by 1700 on price . I had a couple of small issues with my truck so I scheduled it in with bill Harris for warranty service. After being their for 35 minutes Blake tells my wife that we have to get the issues resolved from the dealerer where we bought it from. So I called Blake and he told me that they will not service my truck because I didn't buy it from them. They are an independently owned dealer and don't have to service it. Lol how good is a factory warranty if dealers can pick and choose what vehicles they will work on. So I contacted GM customer service and they confirmed that was true. Bill Harris can refuse warranty work on any vehicle at their discretion. So much for taking it to any dealer to have warranty work performed. I think I will reconsider my options next time I spend 67k on a new truck

Went to dealership because we have a 2012 chevy malibu that had a bad tire. They put it on hoist to see what was going on. We have only had this for about two months. They came back and said they could not help us because it looked like the tire had hit a large pothole or something. Now this tire was going down and we had put less than 2000 miles on it and know we had not been on any roads that could have caused the whole seam to be leaking and falling apart along with a knot in the tire. When we started to ask him about this we were told "the sales manager looked at it and it is his final decision and we cannot do anything. I am going to lower it from the hoist and put back outside". Didnt even want to talk to us and no offer to help us find another tire or anything...which we had to get replaced because the whole tire was bad. Why would you buy a car there with the service department like that. Would not recommend this dealership.

Took my car in for body work and paint after having my car keyed... nothing was done right. More damage was done when removing and reinstalling the parts, than good. It was a terrible experience, and still trying to get it resolved. I have been there 7 times to no avail, and now the general manager and service manager refuse to continue to work on it any more, because they dont have time to deal with me, as they stated. They also stated, "i have a thousand happy customers, so im not too concerned if you are not satisfied. I was blown away.
