I love my used Honda which I got from this dealership. Julio Cruz is a great sales and consultant guy, very professional, polite and knowledgeable. he took time to explain everything I wanted to know about the car, was kind enough to test drive with us( my son and I because we we did not know much about the area).He kept good communications through text and calls and when he said the car was ready,true to his word the car was. The finance manager Marc Wigler was friendly, he explained everything clearly which made the signing of the papers easy.I recommend this dealership, they are friendly and ready to help.

After a long visit to Ricart and being shown a 2014 DIRTY Soul, we drove to Lancaster the following monday. Kaitlyn Boyer met us at the door and walked us through the dealership with small talk getting to know us.
We told her what we were wanting to look at
Took off in 2018 Soul, Unable to get the pricing that I was wanting, we were going to back away
Chance came and helped to figure out what was missing in the deal
Told us that he had a base Soul coming off the truck and wanted to know if would like to check it out. Being a woman it was hard to keepy emotions in check( poker face). Yeah, I drove home in that along with a 2013 Malibu for the husband. The Service & Parts have been amazing.
I will be back to purchase my sons car soon.

I purchased a 2018 Chevy Trak from salesman Eric Powell who was very through on all aspects I needed to be told concerning my purchase and Terry Smith helped me setup all my features available on the car so I was prepared to leave the dealership assured everything was proper for me plus he took me to the service area and explained this process and I met Kendra who gave me much confidence if/when I needed to bring my car in for service needs. I ordered heated seats to be installed and the dealership gave me a free shuttle trip back to my home and offered to pick me up when my car was complete and ready to take home. All individuals treated me with respect and helped me with any questions I had plus assured me I can call for any issues or questions in the future. I rate this dealership top in my book

I brought my car in today, Saturday, November 3rd to have my oil changed and have my right front tire checked, because it was losing air. From the time i walked in the door to the time i left, everyone was very friendly. Every employee who walked into the waiting area greeted me with a smile and a hello, NICE!!!!! I was there for almost an hour, but Justin did come out to tell me that there was a piece of metal in my tire and to fix it, it was going to be almost $31, and he wanted to make sure that was alright with me, who does that? That made me so very happy!! Because I was there so long, Justin took $20 off of my bill, I was very pleased. Customer service is top notch and I just want to say thank you, for not taking advantage of a single woman who just needed a couple things done to her car, and that was all they fixed. This business told my husband they would hold a truck to be purchased until he drove there as it was a 4 1/2 hour drive. My husband was 20 minutes away when they called and said they sold it. That was 9 hours of travel plus $90 in gas that Herrnstein had my husband waste! No compensation! They also relisted the truck on their website for a higher price the next day!
