Good bodywork and no paperwork - greenet7
I had some front-end damage repaired at the body shop through Nationwide's preferred repair program. I found it a little odd that the estimator missed the damage to the grille during the first inspection, but the process itself was smooth and easy.

Excellent customer service - Dawn Childers
I had service work to my vehicle a few months ago and this week I had it in the body shop. Both times I had the best customer service. I got my vehicle back today and it looks new! It is hard to find a good dealership but I have finally found one. Springfield Buick GMC Cadillac is number one in my book. Keep up the good work!
Jimmy Dean, Robert Meade and Zach Blewitt - Ralph

tire repair - RaymondB88
I went to Coughlin's Service Center after the "pro's" at Walmart turned me away. The reason I went there was to have one of my tires repaired. The manager, Doug, who I could tell was very busy, was very courteous and he told me that his crew was closing shop for the evening, but that I could return first thing the next morning and he would see to it that I would get my tire fixed.
So, I arrived the next morning and, just as he said, he worked my car in to the rotation and I had it fixed within a half hour. That was almost a week ago and, so far, my tire has not leaked out any air; so I am very satisfied. It may have cost more than what I would have paid at the Walmart auto center, but all I can say is THANK GOD I didn't let those bozos work on my car over there! My advice is to never take your car to Walmart because you have a MUCH BETTER ALTERNATIVE right across the street at Coughlin's!! Thanks again, Doug!
On time, quick and efficient. - SteveMee
Kent and Wes always take great care of my truck, keep me informed of the progress and let me know if they find anything else that needs to me addressed. Every time I have service (minor or major) I leave with the satisfaction of knowing that my Silverado is in top performance and safe to drive.
Great service experience - Daryle K.
Bought my Yukon XL Denali from Steve M. in Newark (Great experience as well). It has been service at both Pataskala (horrible experience last time) and Newark (Great experience both times). I will focus this review on Newark.
Brought the vehicle in for one of the included oil changes and to have a couple minor warranty issues looked into. They were able to fix both issues and the oil change in 1/2 a day and they found another issue as well that was covered. I felt that John actually listened to my concerns instead of blowing me off like Pataskala did, which was refreshing, and I think it helped to actually get to the root cause of the issue. I would definitely be back to Newark, even though it is quite a bit more out of the way, but it seems to be worth the drive.
A side note, Pataskala used to service my Buick many times without issue, so it may have been a one time problem there as well.

Fantastic response time to my request for service. I take all of my business to Steve Austin's. I bought my 2016 Impala there and would recommend them to anyone looking for
Knowledgeable and very competent people.
Megan in service is a liar. - dazey2009
Worst customer service experience ever. After taking my vehicle to the dealership for repairs on recalls and to diagnose why my vehicle wouldn't start, I got stranded on the road not 24 hours after picking up my car. When I called back to ask why they didn't test my alternator, she said the only thing they found wrong with the vehicle starting was the battery terminal and that she is not allowed to test aftermarket parts. After speaking with her manager, he informed me that she did in fact test my alternator, knew it was bad, but no one ever told me.
Brought 2018 Acadia Denali. Poor Service all the way around - ericbass
Bought 2018 Acadia. My have things changed. Very un-courteous staff.
Had to take car in for minor fixes within a week. They tried to give me loaner from the use car lot, which had a bubble in tire, and very dirty. They told my son they did not have time to wash.. I just spent 50k and this is how I was treated. I declined the loaner, and borrowed my sons truck. Car had paint etching on delivery which was a real nightmare to get resolved. I gave up with them, and had the car detailed elsewhere.
Each I came here in the past, it was always a week or two for a simple task. to have scheduled. Time is money, and I just don't have the time for this.. They really need to get there stuff together... Never had this experience at any other GM dealer. Twins Buick is where I have landed, and its like night and day.
The friendliest service department - ever! - avoidthisdealership!
I just took my Cascada in for its first oil change/tire rotation. The service representatives were friendly, funny, and very professional. Plus - there was no charge. They told me that the first 2 oil change visits are free - and I did not purchase my car from this dealership. If their sales people are as great as their service people, I will definitely purchase my next car from Coughlin!
Don't waste your time. Make the drive to Dave Kehl. - DanEich
Coughlin in London is awful. Several years ago I was in the market for a truck. I had one picked out but Coughlin wouldn't give me the deal I thought it was worth. They had one that "had just come in" and was supposedly the same as the one as I was dealing on. I made the deal. Got the truck home and on further review noticed all of the paint on the bottom rocker panels of the truck was gone, previous owner must have enjoyed speeding down gravel roads. Took the truck back the NEXT day and Coughlin wouldn't do anything, make another deal, paint the panels, nothing. Now, I've got a truck (bought from another dealership) that's having repair needs. Against better judgement and advice from neighbors and friends, I didn't wait for the awesome service department at Dave Kehl. Thought I could get it done quicker at Coughlin. Nope. Been in twice and spent a bunch of money and still not fixed. Don't buy their "best technicians in the area" line they feed you. Completely incompetent. Save time and money in the long run and make the trip to Dave Kehl or Byers. Seriously.
no plans to go back - classic
As the owner of a local Driving School, I often take my vehicles in for oil changes. Sounds simple. Some time ago my personal vehicle went in for an oil change and I ask to make sure all fluids were topped off, 2 days later my low washer fluid light was on...most recent was a company car, ask to have 3000 mile reminder on sticker not the usual 5000. Also ask for front tires to be checked and topped at 40psi rears at 35. All were set at 32. Sticker was for 5000 miles. Had them add air and redo mileage sticker and it came back at 7000. Service writer said "hes been doing this for a long time, musta overlooked it". Makes me wonder what else gets overlooked.

They stand behind their work and follow up to make sure everything went as it should. They have never tried to push unneeded work on us. Check them out and you will not be disappointed.

Took my car in for body work and paint after having my... - ImmkeGMCisNOgood
Took my car in for body work and paint after having my car keyed... nothing was done right. More damage was done when removing and reinstalling the parts, than good. It was a terrible experience, and still trying to get it resolved. I have been there 7 times to no avail, and now the general manager and service manager refuse to continue to work on it any more, because they dont have time to deal with me, as they stated. They also stated, "i have a thousand happy customers, so im not too concerned if you are not satisfied. I was blown away.
Super Experience - snewoblue
I called Valentine Buick/GMC yesterday afternoon to talk with the service department (Tim) about an issue with my Deanli Duramax regarding a NOX Sensor. Tim was very friendly and helpful on the phone. I dropped my truck off this morning at 0730 right when they opened. I talked to Tim as soon as I walked in and gave him an overview of the problem. Tim assured me that they would get right on it and call me if there were any questions about the repair. Tim called me around the noon hour and said that my truck was ready to be picked up. I asked what the problem was and he stated that it was indeed a bad NOX Sensor and they replaced it. I asked why I wasn't called before the repair was made so I could authorize and he proceeded to give me fantastic news that it was repaired at no cost under the diesel engine warranty! I wasn't aware that it would have been covered so to say that I was surprised and happy is an understatement. Tim and the staff at Valentine Service were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I was very pleased and would most definitely return. Well done folks.
