Jason was excellent to work with, he was very informative on the used car buying process and was able to appease my requests promptly. He is a true car-guy and I was able to talk with him about auto enthusiast topics which made for a more personable experience compared to someone that just wants to push cars. We were able to negotiate a fair deal on my trade-in as well as the price of the vehicle I had purchased. Would definitely recommend giving Jason a visit!

They cleaned the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Changed oil on request, replaced wiper blades and air filter on inspection and kept us updated on the service and repairs.

Let me start by saying that I purchased my truck from Alice on AUGUST 25. The interaction and sale was commented on my post to Dealer Rater on October 13. As a part of the trade of my previous truck and purchase of the new one I was supposed to receive a $1000 check (actually in the paperwork signed in finance). Since that date the check has been "in the mail" or "home office is writing the check". I've been patient and continued to contact Alice and the dealership to rectify the issue, but still no check. Hopefully this public forum helps, if the issue is resolved I will consider removing this comment.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin .. my car broke down on the side of central. I called a tow and looked up the closest Chevy dealership which happened to be Dave White.
Had it towed there. Told them my belt wasn’t working when the motor was turned over .. they wanted to run a diagnostic test.. I told them it was not needed just turn the key over and look..
Like a real mechanic. I told them I didn’t want to pay $90 for a scan when Auto Zone and any other place such as would do it for FREE.
So they wanted $1,100 for a crank gear, timing belt, and labor. That’s absolutely robbery. I still can not fathom how ANYONE can charge $89.99 for a diagnostic scan. It’s insane.
So I called a place in Defiance, Ohio that can do it all under $600 ...
when I walked in to get my keys I told them I wasn’t paying the $89.99 for something that wasn’t needed. I’m not gonna lie, I was upset and irritated. The manager came around walking super fast and looked annoyed and gave me my key. He said I wasn’t welcomed back. I said that’s fine I will be reporting you guys to the state attorney general office and the BBB. I was on the phone during all this and as I was walking out the manager and a service person followed me to the door and asked if I had something else to say in an extremely threatening manner. The person who followed me to the door and asked if I had something to say was Kyle Ganues.
Needless to say I’ll never be going there again.
PLEASE avoid at all cost!! Go ANYWHERE else. They will rip you off completely and outrageously.

I was not at all pleased with my experience with the service department. It was a very lengthy process in which the end result was not satisfactory, nor did it solve the issue with my vehicle. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Do not trust the service department, and especially Mike.

Aaron Anderson went out of his way for us. We had an appointment to test drive a vehicle, unfortunately we arrived 5 minutes prior to closing, as this dealership is 1 hour from our home. Aaron waited for us, took us for a test drive and we negotiated a purchase price long after the dealership closed for the day. Although we could not agree on a price, Aaron was extremely appreciative and gracious when we left the dealership, without a new vehicle. However, he did contact us the next day and we were then able to negotiate a price. Our vehicle has been outstanding and our contact with Aaron has continued to be wonderful. He is currently working with our daughter to find a pre-owned vehicle.
We will always recommend Brother's Chevrolet to friends and family, even though it is quite far away. It is a great hometown dealership with hometown employees who treat you like their friend and neighbor.
