I was driving to work one early morning. My car stopped and would not go any farther. Don's towed my car into the shop. Great service and repair. We thought we would have a $400 bill on the car repair and it was less than $200.00. Very satisfied with our service and the staff. We highly recommend Don's Automotive for all your needs.

The service department was great! Ryan and his team were very knowledgeable about diagnosing the problem and fixing a warranty issue. They kept the vehicle for the time they needed to fix it so I didnt have to go back. I never felt inconvenienced as they gave me a curtisy car so I could conintue with my normal schedule. They were all about SERVICING the customer! Thanks for your help! You did a great job!

So I bought a 2017 Chevy truck at a price very close too what the dealer was originally asking; I was told there was. Dry little room for negotiation! This vehicle had 18k + not new but fairly clean. I negotiated that they detail the exterior of the truck with the deal as it had rust dots imbedded in the white paint! I was told it would be detailed the morning that I came to pick up my truck and pay 40k! Needless to say they did not follow through on their promise. I took the vehicle regardless as it was raining and I had driven an hour and 10 minutes after making a deal a previous day; they had given me their word so why would I question? I received an email from the salesman asking how I felt about my purchase. I stated the truck was treating me good so far; but I was a bit disappointed that he did not follow through with our agreement to detail the truck and remove the rust dots. A few days later he made it a point to call me and tell me he was very sorry and he would like to make it right and detail the truck for free at my convenience in schedule! I made him aware that I couldn’t get it in rt away as I don’t live close but I would set something up as soon as I could. I emailed the salesman to set up the exterior detail and asked about getting a price to detail the interior and get an oil change while I was there since I would be make no the trip! He called me back said oil change was 70$ and entire detail was free of charge; so we set a date when all work was to be done and I was told it would take approximately 4 hrs and a would wait in town. So I go through all of this driving/ waiting in town and receive a call that vehicle is ready for pickup. I return on foot to the dealer to get my truck and find they have maybe changed oil and ran the truck through car wash only! They swept interior did not attempt to detail or steam clean 1 thing inside, and the exterior was still polka dotted with rust specs in paint as it had been when I originally looked at buying the truck!!!! Very pusses off that they chose to waste my day, fuel, and lied to me about their intentions!!! The dealer would’ve been further ahead telling me no they would not detail the truck for free from the get go; unbelievably dissatisfied customer!!!!!!

Employee was very unknowledgable and unprofessional over the phone. They were unable to assist with server call inquires and failed to ever call back to follow up on service call questions.

Ballas needs to look at my service history record. My comments and letter written to Ms. Ballas include details. They say the work is done, you pay for the work, but it is not done. I was told “our best tech is working on your car”. Service department video showed the work was never completed. Same issue on 3 separate visits. NO attention to detail.

Took my car in review for a gas gauge problem (fluctuated). Before I could leave, I was told it would be an additional $653.00 for a new gas tank (since they caused a leak while working on it). Where else do you go that you leave with a problem that you didn't have when you got there - and you the customer are expected to pay for it? Wow. My own fault though, since I took another vehicle there 7 times in order to get a problem fixed. Should have learned the first time, but guess I'm a little slow. I've learned now though...

I caled to make a service appointment on a friday morning and was told bluntly..'monday at 4. I explained why I needed to get an oil change that day and was told….'monday at 4! He took no interest in my problem at all and acted like he could not wait to get off the phone with me.

I had my transmission replaced in my Dodge van, and they did a great job. They recommended the timing belt as well, and did it at a reduced price. I would recommend them for any and all vehicle repairs.
