Christa Creger has done it again! Friday (3/9) I dropped off my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT for a basic oil change, but in addition to the oil change using Jeep Hemi Synthetic Oil, Christa had her service team rotate my snow tires and wash my Jeep, even including the Weather Tech floor mats! All at no additional charge!!! They service my Olds Bravada, Mercury Grand Marquis, and Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, but continue to exceed my expectations and raise the bar for their competition! Maybe I should start taking my Honda CBX motorcycle to them for service also?

Chris is service is so helpful and always treats me and anyone I send there with the best customer service. The first time I had brought my previous vehicle before my new lease here (Colorado) in for a power steering and radio issue. He made sure I got a rental truck like I wanted and the turn around on getting it fixed was very quick! They fixed issues other dealerships couldn’t (even though they said they did or didn’t try) and I was very impressed!

We bought two new vehicles from Greg Bell. Sales, Service, and Repair has been done at Greg Bell, with our other vehicles, prior the Auto Centers proved less trustworthy. Work was unsatisfactory. Greg Bell is trustworthy, and gets the job done right the first time. In sales we got the best deals when purchasing new vehicles. Matt M. Mark T, and Brad in Repairs have been honest and forthright, helpful and courteous even when I ask a silly question. We had two deer hits, the repair dept. Did an excellent job, the service dept. is courteous, and gets the job done right the first time. And I found the salesman, the best. Knowledgeable, doesn't try to force a sale, works with you to get you the right vehicle at the best price-- unlike some competitors. I have no regrets ever in choosing The Bell Chev. We tried the others, we'll stick with Greg and Brad Bell.

So I bought a 2017 Chevy truck at a price very close too what the dealer was originally asking; I was told there was. Dry little room for negotiation! This vehicle had 18k + not new but fairly clean. I negotiated that they detail the exterior of the truck with the deal as it had rust dots imbedded in the white paint! I was told it would be detailed the morning that I came to pick up my truck and pay 40k! Needless to say they did not follow through on their promise. I took the vehicle regardless as it was raining and I had driven an hour and 10 minutes after making a deal a previous day; they had given me their word so why would I question? I received an email from the salesman asking how I felt about my purchase. I stated the truck was treating me good so far; but I was a bit disappointed that he did not follow through with our agreement to detail the truck and remove the rust dots. A few days later he made it a point to call me and tell me he was very sorry and he would like to make it right and detail the truck for free at my convenience in schedule! I made him aware that I couldn’t get it in rt away as I don’t live close but I would set something up as soon as I could. I emailed the salesman to set up the exterior detail and asked about getting a price to detail the interior and get an oil change while I was there since I would be make no the trip! He called me back said oil change was 70$ and entire detail was free of charge; so we set a date when all work was to be done and I was told it would take approximately 4 hrs and a would wait in town. So I go through all of this driving/ waiting in town and receive a call that vehicle is ready for pickup. I return on foot to the dealer to get my truck and find they have maybe changed oil and ran the truck through car wash only! They swept interior did not attempt to detail or steam clean 1 thing inside, and the exterior was still polka dotted with rust specs in paint as it had been when I originally looked at buying the truck!!!! Very pusses off that they chose to waste my day, fuel, and lied to me about their intentions!!! The dealer would’ve been further ahead telling me no they would not detail the truck for free from the get go; unbelievably dissatisfied customer!!!!!!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin .. my car broke down on the side of central. I called a tow and looked up the closest Chevy dealership which happened to be Dave White.
Had it towed there. Told them my belt wasn’t working when the motor was turned over .. they wanted to run a diagnostic test.. I told them it was not needed just turn the key over and look..
Like a real mechanic. I told them I didn’t want to pay $90 for a scan when Auto Zone and any other place such as would do it for FREE.
So they wanted $1,100 for a crank gear, timing belt, and labor. That’s absolutely robbery. I still can not fathom how ANYONE can charge $89.99 for a diagnostic scan. It’s insane.
So I called a place in Defiance, Ohio that can do it all under $600 ...
when I walked in to get my keys I told them I wasn’t paying the $89.99 for something that wasn’t needed. I’m not gonna lie, I was upset and irritated. The manager came around walking super fast and looked annoyed and gave me my key. He said I wasn’t welcomed back. I said that’s fine I will be reporting you guys to the state attorney general office and the BBB. I was on the phone during all this and as I was walking out the manager and a service person followed me to the door and asked if I had something else to say in an extremely threatening manner. The person who followed me to the door and asked if I had something to say was Kyle Ganues.
Needless to say I’ll never be going there again.
PLEASE avoid at all cost!! Go ANYWHERE else. They will rip you off completely and outrageously.
