We had bought our vehicle just 3 months ago and the entire rear brake system failed. I called on Monday afternoon and spoke with Mark the Service Manager. We spoke of possible towing arrangements and loaner options, which he had none available at the time. He informed me to call the next day to speak with the owner for the loaner authorization.
I called and spoke with Joe Staffilino Sr. who was friendly and promptly made arrangements for me to have things taken care of. We got our vehicle there and left it in Mark's hands at 3:00 p.m. While we waited we were able to speak directly with Joe Sr. about concerns we had had over the sales process that had us so upset over the situation we were currently in. He took the time to explain each detail and exactly whose responsibility it was. He acknowledged that the salesperson should have made us aware so that with that information we could then make our decision in a more educated fashion, even if it meant we would not purchase the vehicle from them. This admittance and information of the process was much appreciated.
Our vehicle was fixed, everyone was courteous, by 5:00 p.m. we were on our way and the service was above and beyond.
Thank you Joe Sr. and all your crew. You can do that, you do that and you did that!!! Keep it up and anyone reading this get to Staffillino to buy a new or used vehicle or get it serviced.

Just days before leaving for an RV caravan trip in Canada, our 2012 Silverado Duramax 2500 HD went into "limp" mode. With thousands of dollars of prepaid Canadian excursions on the line, we had only a few days to get it fixed and get on the road. Bob Willrich and Dave Braunlich were able to work us into the shop schedule and a technician, who didn't introduce himself, repaired our vehicle. It was mostly covered by warranty as well.

I was two hours from home when suddenly my oil gauge started fluctuating from 30 to almost zero pressure. I got home after Preston was closed, so I called the next day. Adam Brown got me a loaner after hearing about my problem and had me bring my truck in immediately. It was a Saturday and, instead of me limping through the weekend, I still had a vehicle to drive. I am a vice president for a corporation and I have a company vehicle This is my 2nd visit for service issues I did not purchase my vehicle from Serp . I Went into have my check engine light checked on and a tire looked at and to see if my brakes needed changed . I told them I would need the vehicle back within 2 hours and Serp had it done in a hour and half. Normally a dealership would find all kinds of things that needed to be changed on a vehicle that has a 160,000 miles on it and try to rack up a big service bills, I've had it happen in the past. I would highly recommend this dealership for honesty and integrity . Most of the time companies only receive negative reviews but positive feedback is very important that's why I'm posting this barren watcher competition I want to be an R and B some artist so I did go on by a I would give this company 5 stars . I recently got my car back after getting some paint work done here at Mel Grata's body shop. It looks awesome. I had to have it redone by Mel Grata's because a well known big named dealership in New Castle still couldn't get it right after numerous tries. It was literally a nightmare dealing with the headache I went through with that other dealership's body shop. Mel Grata's had the car once and got it right the first time. It looks good. Anybody needing any kind of body work done or a vehicle for that matter, I highly recommend Mel Grata's.

Marisa is the best receptionist ever! She is very friendly, helpful, and can send you where you need to go in a very timely manner. She is one of the hardest workers I know. She is still there working at almost 41 weeks pregnant! The Service is great. They really make you feel at home and are very knowledgeable. Shooter Paul is not one of those managers that hides in his office. He is always around and will even get you a cup of coffee or popcorn if you ask politely. He does need a haircut though if he plans on being out in the public as much as he is. Paul must just be so busy helping costumers that there is just no time for a hair cut. Or maybe he plans on growing it out to donate to a charity. I wouldn't be surprised due to his remarkable public relations and charitable heart.
