I am a vice president for a corporation and I have a company vehicle This is my 2nd visit for service issues I did not purchase my vehicle from Serp . I Went into have my check engine light checked on and a tire looked at and to see if my brakes needed changed . I told them I would need the vehicle back within 2 hours and Serp had it done in a hour and half. Normally a dealership would find all kinds of things that needed to be changed on a vehicle that has a 160,000 miles on it and try to rack up a big service bills, I've had it happen in the past. I would highly recommend this dealership for honesty and integrity . Most of the time companies only receive negative reviews but positive feedback is very important that's why I'm posting this barren watcher competition I want to be an R and B some artist so I did go on by a I would give this company 5 stars . I believe my service Adviser was Wallace Snyder and i give him a 10! Thank you for a very positive experience ! Twice!

The engine light came on last week in my 2017 Malibu and although it was late in the afternoon, Kyle Pritchard went the extra mile to assist me in gettng the car in and a loaner waiting for me. I travel and needed the vehicle for sales calls. He took the stress level down for me in this situation. Very good customer service. .

Everyone is always very pleasant and helpful. My only concern with this visit was the fact I waited 3 hours to have a license plate light replaced and have a knocking noise checked. After 2 hours I was told they were finishing my paperwork, but I waited another hour before I was checked out. The knocking noise is now worse than before. Overall though, they are great people to work with. I enjoy the ease of making an appointment and their courteous attitude.

This is the worst dealership I have ever delt with. The service department is terrible. I took my car in that had a head gasket leak. They replaced the head, all gaskets and head bolts but weeks later I was still loosing coolant. They couldn't figure out why and thought I was crazy. I would also point out what was oil leaking from the intake manifold but they assured me it was just condensation. What a joke. This dealership is full of xxxxxxxx lying thiefs. However, if not for people like them or low quality Chevy/GM products I would not be a new Toyota owner. Thanks Doug Chevy for opening my eyes to how terrible your products and services are.

Took my 2013 GMC ACADIA in due to both headlight low/high beam not working. Paid $110 for diagnostic test. Received a call stating that both headlamp assembly need replaced and the cost would be $2,400.00 to repair. Did not make sense to me. I took my car to another mechanic and he tested the bulbs. Bulbs were burned out. Replaced both bulbs at 29.99 each and 60.00 labor, little over $160.00 and both lights working again. We have bought two cars from this dealership and had our cars serviced there. Never again!!! I don’t know i if they thought me being a woman would know no better or what but it’s a disgrace. I have recommended this service department to others, no more. When I tell my story to people they are disgusted as well.

Purchased a 2016 Malibu from this dealership in January of 2017. Purchased it used with only 12,000 miles on it. June of 2017 the accelerator pedal goes out on the car, but is replaced under the warranty.
Flash forward to February 2018 and the same accelerator pedal issue occurs. Covered under parts warranty. The kicker however is that upon inspection of my vehicle it is found that my headgasket is leaking. While it is covered under the powertrain warranty, this is the 3rd issue with a car that is barely 2 years old and has less than 50,000 miles on it.
Due to my credit, they cannot get me out of this car at the Hyundai dealership, and I am underwater on this lemon. Star far away. This was the 3rd and last car I will be buying from Marhofer, as they won't make it right when they screw you over and sell you a lemon.

Hope Chevy sends me a survey. We bought 4 vehicles in less than 3 yrs. Sales part was fine. Service is a joke. We've had our vehicles in there more times than we can count. When you continue to voice concens the service manager is VERY condescending. (I thought it was just me since I am a woman, but the same guy did it to my husband!) He had a problem with his AC 3 mos ago ( truck is a 2014). They "fixed" it. Back in today with the same problem and now they are charging us for repairs since it's no longer under warranty. Well, hope it was worth it. I live in an adjacent town and we all know word spreads fast in a small town...
