I didn't "need" another vehicle and was just looking. Mike was great! No pressure whatsoever from Mike. I was looking at a used truck. I wanted to take it to a mechanic and Mike flexed his schedule to go with me. We had great conversation the entire test drive and never once did he pressure me to make up my mind about the truck. He is one of the reasons that I bought the truck that same day. He made me feel like I was his only priority and talked to me like we were friends. A very comfortable atmosphere.
Brian Johnson was just as helpful as Mike when it came to understanding the finance aspect of my purchase. Took the time to explain everything to me and took the time to explore the options to get me the best finance rate available.
There was only one issue I encountered and that was with the dealership NOT Mike. As I said he was great. It was after all the negotiating was done for my trade, the financing set and I was in my new used vehicle getting ready to head home. I looked down and saw that there was only a quarter of a tank of gas. I don't want to seem ungrateful but I am used to when you buy a car that the tank is full when you go to drive it off the lot. So I went inside and asked about it. I was told that because I bought a Used vehicle a full tank of gas was NOT included. Keep in mind that the vehicle I bought was just as expensive or more than some of the new cars on the lot. Disappointed. After all, the dealership didn't think twice about putting Spitzer advertising on my vehicle (which I have since removed) . I would have given this entire experience a five star rating if were not for this one little lack of customer service.
But because of the employees, Mike and Brian, I would recommend and return to this dealership.

i can not say enough about my visit from the start to the end. I purchased an extended warranty, oil changes and tire repair even though i live over a half hour away. I had a great experience and will definatley make the trip for another vehicle.

My car ended up being a total loss, so I started looking around the dealerships for a reliable SUV. While browsing, I met Scott Wolfe. I told him my situation and what I was looking for, he graciously showed me around the lot. Once I found one I was interested in with no hesitation and a smile, walked all the way across the huge lot (multiple times btw) to get information and keys for each vehicle.
I eventually found one, a 2012 Ford Escape Limited. The miles were right and the price was too! Scott really helped me find the perfect vehicle for my family!
Infact, everyone there was friendly and helpful. Paul helped me with my financing, he worked with me and helped me get the best payment possible! Both gentleman, in their own ways made my car buying experience enjoyable! I look forward to dealing with Bob Ferrando Ford out in Girard PA again!

Making a deal on a price is not a comfortable thing for me but we were able to get to a price that worked for me on the vehicle that I wanted. Kudos to Preston and their outstanding staff!

I bring my 2017 Ford Focus there for its first scheduled maintenance. Me being in the car industry as well I know a couple things that sometimes slip by during scheduled service work. Knowing this I did a few things beforehand to my car that would tell me what was done and what was not. Most of the the little things I did we're done like loosening up some of the caps on the fluids in my car to make sure they were checked in making little on the weights of my wheels so I know they were rotated. But the final thing I did is put a label that said remove tag around the spare tires air nozzle, which when I got it back I checked immediately. To my disappointment it was not removed or moved it all. Being this was my first visit for service work at this dealership I was doing these measures to make sure I could trust the dealership with any future work to my car. Then not checking the spare tire pressure this makes me question if they are actually doing everything else that was supposed to be done during my scheduled maintenance I would like my car to last and I can only do so if all the maintenance is done correctly. But overall I had a good experience my service advisor was very nice to me and it turned out my service was free because it was my first one. Hopefully I am wrong about any other checks not being made and only my spare tire wasn't checked. I will be back again for my next service but hopefully next time they check everything.
