This is our third car from Klaben Ford and the second one we got through salesman Louis Polos. Louis is great to work with. He listens to what you need and want out of a car and does not try to push you into something else. He is very accommodating of your schedule and makes himself available, even outside of his regular work hours, which we really needed this time around due to kids, work, and helping elderly parents. We will definitely work with him and Doug Lewin, the Sales Manager, again, the next time we need a car!!

My grandpa always bought his vehicles from Klaben so I decided to make my first new car purchase with them in June. When I arrived with my father (who is in a wheelchair) Chuck immediately greeted me and helped me get my dad situated. I went to buy and I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted so he went and got it and helped me get my dad in the car. He went the extra mile to not only help me but also help my dad. I never felt that he was pressuring me to buy or tryin to take advantage which was a huge fear of mine. Chuck went through all the paperwork with me and helped with figuring out discounts based on my job and schooling. He really went the extra mile! He even says hello to me by name when he see’s me in the service waiting area. The service area is also top notch, they’re always so nice and get your work done as quickly as possible. I arrived at 6pm on a Monday night to just look at an Outback and talk about what they could offer me. At the end of the night I had bought a 2019 Forester Sport. I was torn between a Forester and an Outback but Craig, my salesman, did not pressure me. He took his time with me and let my husband and I talk. We were there after they closed but the guys were ALL great. I got a great deal and I absolutely LOVE my new Forester Sport! Thank you Boardman Subaru. My wife and I have bought several vehicles from both Ken and Dan Schneider over the last 20 years and most recently a Rav 4 from Robert Saponari. A few of the vehicles we kept up to the 200,000 mile mark. Always have been ecstatic with Toyota's quality. However, the team at Metro Toyota has been equally impressive. The sales team and process was easy, enjoyable and always got a great deal. I have compared pricing. We actually come for the other side of town to work with Metro. I have to say we also have enjoyed working with Scott Barrier in the service department for many years whether it is a simple oil change, warranty item, or major maintenance. Scott knows his Toyotas!

We have been a Toyota family for 30 some years and we always take our cars (plural) to Sunnyside Toyota for servicing. Recently my car was in an accident and I was so pleased to find that (the party who hit me) their insurance company would let me get my car fixed at Sunnyside Collision. Who did I trust more than them! I was very pleased with the body work & replacement features. But I noticed that there was a huge nail in my tire. A tire that was involved in the impact area and that Toyota did a balance on. Greg from the Collision center said it must have gotten there when the car was driven around the yard because they would have spotted it when doing the balancing. He took us over to the service department to get it fixed/plugged. The service dept. was busy and said that they would look at it. They came back and said that the nail was too close to the side wall to plug it and said that I needed new tires anyway and tried selling me a set of tires for my car. I told them I planned on buying tires in April when they have their tire sale. The lady simply walked away from me and while my husband & I were discussing the tire, she walked back in & said they were going to bring my car around. Then the garage door broke and they couldn't get my car out of the garage. They called a repair guy!. This was all so unbelievable. We were there for over an hour! After which we drove my car to the corner Shell station and the guy plugged the tire for $20.00. You know how they say that its "IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS THAT COUNT"! Well Sunnyside came up short this time! I am not sure that will be buying those tires from you now! Just very sad! I just paid off my car, got hit by a driver not paying attention, two weeks to get my car repaired and a lot of stress & anxiety! And you send me out with a nail in my tire! A tire that could have been plugged! I have been driving on my plugged tire for a few days now with no problem and I believe you owe me $20.00 for something that happened on your watch and you didn't make good on it!!!!! Very disappointed!
