Everyone has always been very pleasant and knowledgeable. The service area is particularly clean and efficient; I wait for my service work and enjoy the environment in the area. Matt Garman has been very helpful with the I-Drive in my X3 (although the I-Drive is classic German over-engineering -- get rid of it and let us do things the way we did before it was imposed on owners)

Went in and had to have a part ordered and received it in 2 days. Received a call stating part was in, was able to go that day and pick up part. Very efficient. Had floor mats ordered and they had come in also

I have purchased 5 Vehicles from Evans Motor Works, (BMW Dayton, Evans VW) I have never felt less than 100% satisfied with the interaction with the sales personnel. Chris has been a perfect example of the quality of people that are employed by Evans. He is not pushy nor overbearing just plain honest and helpful! Also extremely knowledgable about his vehicles.
The service Department is an excellent example of Customer satisfaction. Hagen always goes that extra step to ensure that there is no problems with your service visit and to make you as comfortable as possible. You feel at home at Evans.
I would not hesitate to recommend Evans Motor Works to anyone looking for a BMW, VW, or Volvo. I would rest assured that I had steered them in the right direction.
I have had my vehicle in for the check engine light 13... - WestchesterM
I have had my vehicle in for the check engine light 13 times over the last year and a half. Each time is displays the same codes. I was told that the codes that were generating this could be from multiple things so each time it came on they moved, reconnected, or cleaned something. Now that my vehicle is out of warranty they have figured it out and say i need to replace a part for around $800. They refuse to cover it under warranty even though they started trouble shooting this well before the warranty was up. The mistake I made was trusting Dave when he said "Dont worry once we figure this out I will make sure you are taken care of." In restrospect that was just a lie to delay until the vehicle was no longer under warranty.
