Anthony was awesome and very helpful. Would steer clear of KYle- he was very abrasive and rude and would not have bought a car if the general manager would not have apologized to us. Everyone else was very nice but Kyle needs to work on his social skills.

I had the best experiance with jeff schmidt nissan. from sales conceirge, alicia, sales rep karma (the best!), kevin and chris. They worked very hard and quickly and made you feel appreciated as a customer. They kept me informed of everything that was happening. I did NOT have to wait like other dealerships that keep you there for 8-9 hours and never say a word. You did a great job and should be commened. Oh and I love my car!

I originally found the vehicle I was interested in online, after emailing back and forth with Ritch Greco they found a better fit for me at a lower price. I went in the next day and was put with Levar McCollum as my sales representative. He was very informative with the Armada, all the functions and did a very thorough test drive. Being a female buyer, I cant say enough about my experience from beginning to end including with finance. Everyone was more than friendly, knowledgeable and there was no pressure at any time to buy. I will definitely continue further business with the dealership and I highly recommend them to anyone looking.

I purchased a vehicle from Nissan Fairfield- our salesman was awesome- Finance was a different story.
I financed one vehicle and had three hard inquiries. I have financed several cars from different dealers and have NEVER had three hard inquiries for a single vehicle. I didn’t realize this until I checked my credit report. I called the dealer to inquire and was told by mamangement that was standard (it’s not).The unfortunate part is they did not seem a bit concerned and refused to remove two of the three inquiries. I need to purchase two more vehicles and I will NOT be buying them from Fairfield Nissan.

This was my 3rd visit to their service center , 1 st 2 times were only for oil change. This time was more in depth service.
They charged 330 + Taxes not worth at all. Very shabby job , under the hood. Looks as if none of the components were even touched. When i called to give feedback.. their only response was ." ok Thankyou "

Paid cash for a 2016 Nissan Maxima was assured it had a factory warranty. First issue i had the window was falling out called for an appointment after dropping the car off was determined the window foam was installed wrong from whoever had the windows tinted prior to me buying the car. They adjusted the foam and charged me labor costs. So much for the factory warranty Buyer beware
