Easy, go to Jeff Wyler service department. I didn’t receive an item check list of the service I was provided. They didn’t check the cabin or the air filter and they both needed changing. ( I always check those filters before service so I know what needs to be done) I’m not sure of what they did or didn’t do. But I know this, I will never go to Jeff Wyler again... I wouldn’t recommend Jeff Wyler to anyone, and if you’re a minority steer clear of Jeff Wyler of Fort Thomas, KY.

I recently bought my new to me 2016 Jeep Renegade from this dealership. It is literally an hour away from my house and I only went there because of a friend’s recommendation, but I was completely amazed. No high pressure tactics, they actually give you space to shop and they also are very helpful fitting you with the right vehicle. Will definitely go here from now on no matter how far away they are.

We bought a truck here for $11,000.00 and the radiator was leaking and cracked and they refused fix it with out us paying for it all we had the truxk less than a week i ill never go here and buy a vehicle from them agian but i can say sales rep we had that sold us the truck was chris and he was amazing.

I’m I could rate this no stars I would. We went to go look at a vehicle and had a confirmed appointment for a specific vehicle and when we showed up the guy that we were supposed to be meeting was no longer there and another man was going to help us. Then he promptly told us that vehicle wasn’t even on their lot. Terrible customer service.

5/30/18 Rude Service man - Trailhawkbuyer
Took my jeep renegade trailhawk in for a warranty issue. One bad apple ruins the basket. I am an elderly female and from the start the service man was rude, discourteous and a real jerk. Not a nice reflection on the service Dept. He needs some people skills. I do not feel the issue was solved but I will only return for warranty coverage and I would not recommend the dealership. I think customer service is important and he needs some training.
Purchase of truck - Rambuyer
This was once of the easiest car buying experience i've ever had. From Pat responding to my initial inquiry within minutes to Blake being empowered to to helpful and Dave and Jeff, the finance managers were efficient with the paperwork... even while selling their protection plans. They were even helpful when my car inspector went out to look at the car and were willing to fix all the minor repairs.

A rather expense scam - Disappointed and Frustrated
I took my Chrysler 300 in to get a transmission. Areana dodge said for the used granny and labor it would be 2300. I paid it and bought the two year warranty. My transmission has went out three times since then and now it's doing it again. Arena Dodge is not willing to fix my car or honor my 2 yr warranty. This place is a scam!!!!! Don't take your car here!!!!! Shop at your own risk!!!! How can we get this place Shut Down😠

I live 600 miles away from dealership but found a pre-owned 2014 Grand Cherokee wife loved. Nick was very helpful in process and a nice guy. I was fair on price an so were they. We didn't mess around long on price and we both were fair. Bought it site unseen! Nick was extremely helpful with my carrier. Actually stayed about two hours late on a Saturday to be available for loading. Great communication! The only negative was mileage listed in the ad was a bit lower than actual because a daily driver for a manager for a while. Not a big deal, but made sense that they load the specs when they receive the car in inventory. Everything else was as good if not better than described.
Mike in finance was helpful as well. All paperwork was accurate, well marked, and overnighted.
Car was exactly as advertised and would absolutely recommend Nick and Sherry Chrysler to anyone!
