However, it has been pretty consistent having a hard time getting return phone calls. I am familiar with and recognize when staff is made to handle more than what is proper. Unfortunately, this is happening in much of the industry.

Paid for a repair that obviously wasn't the problem because my coolant is STILL leaking. Since the water pump was under recall my problem was conveniently the water pump outlet, NOT the water pump. The water pump outlet was going to be almost $500 plus the $65 I was charged just to be told what the problem was. After I informed them I had a warranty thru my auto loan the price to the warranty company was under $400 and I still ended up paying over $50 "for coolant". Shouldn't that be included if you're replacing a part that causes the coolant to leak out when you take it off?? When I called to talk to them about it and asked why it was already leaking coolant at around 50,000 miles I was told that it's common for a Cruze to leak, it's a known problem and that he had a customer that had a brand new one leak when it had less than 2,000 miles on it. If it's that common someone should mention that BEFORE you buy the car! Today I go for an oil change and at the pre-service inspection it was pointed out that my coolant was low, like below the LOW line on the reservoir (obviously still leaking!) but the low coolant light hasn't come on since the water pump outlet was replaced (IF it was even replaced). While I was paying after the oil change was done today I asked if the coolant was topped off (since that's SUPPOSED to be part of the 27 point inspection). I was told they "probably" topped it off...of course, I get home and check and it's still where it was at the pre-service inspection! Now, after I paid $57 for a service that is supposed to include topping off vital fluids, I have to go buy a gallon of coolant/antifreeze so that my car doesn't start overheating or the engine block freeze. I had to tell them not to put windshield washer fluid in because what they put in last winter froze and I couldn't use it to get all the salt off my windshield. I had to stop at gas stations and wash my windshield so I could see to drive until it thawed out enough for me to get something in there that wouldn't freeze. Instead of offering to make it right and/or make sure they put something in that doesn't freeze he just wrote on the work order to not fill the washer fluid, which is fine but they could have at least apologized or offered a remedy. I have a feeling that's the reason they didn't bother doing the other part of their job and fill the coolant....did my oil even get changed??? I will be getting my car serviced somewhere else from now on!

Savannah made sure that I was comfortable and pulled up every vehicle that I was interested in, which means a lot because I'm older and handicapped. I leased a 2015 Silverado from Bobby layman and they gave me 4 free oil changes and tire rotation as part of the deal on June 29 I made an appointment to get my oil changed and tires done. The service righter advised me of a simple call that they would take care of would only take an hour and a half to do 2 hrs into it while waiting they advised me that Their was only one tech I could have waited longer but my time is very important to me so I asked for them to bring my truck to me and I would go elsewhere when he brought my truck up their was a lady in the parking lot who dropped her car off two days ago for an oil change and they had to put her In a rental because they lost her keys

I first went to Tom Gill in Florence KY and walked out as soon as prices were mentioned. A few weeks later went to Columbia and had the best experience I could have asked for. I was greeted by Mike the salesman and he was very helpful and friendly from the start. Long story short, I wound up walking away with a brand new 2012 Chevy Cruze leased for a very very reasonable price. My trade in was accepted and Mike did not hesitate to work around a budget that fit me perfectly. It seems like he was doing everything possible to make me a great deal. I loved the experience and will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking. I will definitely make the drive from KY to Columbia Chevy for anything...well worth the time.

I took my 2014 Silverado In for oil change and tire ration and they called me and said that the mechanic tripped over the air hose and it dented and scratched my truck. They said that they we're gonna put touch up paint on it which I refused that they use touch up paint seeing how there's a dent also and it's only six months old and 38000 dollars I expected higher quality out of them seeing how my sales person was amazing but I won't be taking my truck back there for repairs highly disappointed in the quality of there service department . So i get a call saying my door is fixed and I go to pick it up and look at the door they have painted dirt into my door so my truck is still there ten days later and now it will be another 3 to 4 days before I get my truck back
