I leased a 2015 Silverado from Bobby layman and they gave me 4 free oil changes and tire rotation as part of the deal on June 29 I made an appointment to get my oil changed and tires done. The service righter advised me of a simple call that they would take care of would only take an hour and a half to do 2 hrs into it while waiting they advised me that Their was only one tech I could have waited longer but my time is very important to me so I asked for them to bring my truck to me and I would go elsewhere when he brought my truck up their was a lady in the parking lot who dropped her car off two days ago for an oil change and they had to put her In a rental because they lost her keys

I went and got my new car here and traded my old 2002 audi a4 little did i know 6 months down the road i would get a paper from the city of dayton stating that my trade in was in the impound lot for a dui charge.i call the city and they tell me that i was the last person on the title thats why it was given to me. Jeff smitt never took my name off the title when they sold it to whoever and when i tried to contact them with this problem they were very rude about it. With all that i wouldnt suggest this place to anyone. You might end up having problems like me

I first went to Tom Gill in Florence KY and walked out as soon as prices were mentioned. A few weeks later went to Columbia and had the best experience I could have asked for. I was greeted by Mike the salesman and he was very helpful and friendly from the start. Long story short, I wound up walking away with a brand new 2012 Chevy Cruze leased for a very very reasonable price. My trade in was accepted and Mike did not hesitate to work around a budget that fit me perfectly. It seems like he was doing everything possible to make me a great deal. I loved the experience and will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking. I will definitely make the drive from KY to Columbia Chevy for anything...well worth the time.

As far as sales, no problems. But as far as using their repair shop service, well, not good at all.
If you plan to stay at their repair shop for hours while they work on your car, then you're fine. But if you have to take your car during regular work hours and need to go back to work during that time, then you're in big trouble.
Although they have provided me with a good service in the past, this time they dropped the ball and bad.
I needed my G6 serviced but I needed to go back and work from home, I couldn't stay there for hours doing nothing while they serviced my car, of course. Sometimes they had someone drive me back home, and sometimes they loan me one of their cars so I wouldn't be left without a ride.
Last time they didn't have any of their 'loaners' (because they were having their transmissions replaced... sure) and their repair shop people did not make any effort in figuring out how to at least find someone to drive me back home so I could use that time to work.
One of their repair shop service guys said to me "We can rent you a car, but you'd have to pay for it". This is a ridiculous offer after knowing that they have provided me with one of their cars (loaners) or had someone offer me a ride back home in the past. They have 300+ cars (or who knows if even more. Heck, even 200 cars is still A LOT of cars to choose from) parked in the front, why don't they even think about getting the cheapest, most beat up car they have in that lot, put the key in it and loan it to the client like they have done before?
Not to mention that one time they had me drive my own car back home and then they took it back to the repair shop facility again.
Bottom line is, if you need a special treatment, their repair shop service people have no clue on how to think outside the box to fulfill your need.
Good luck if you ever need to use their repair shop services.

I took my 2014 Silverado In for oil change and tire ration and they called me and said that the mechanic tripped over the air hose and it dented and scratched my truck. They said that they we're gonna put touch up paint on it which I refused that they use touch up paint seeing how there's a dent also and it's only six months old and 38000 dollars I expected higher quality out of them seeing how my sales person was amazing but I won't be taking my truck back there for repairs highly disappointed in the quality of there service department . So i get a call saying my door is fixed and I go to pick it up and look at the door they have painted dirt into my door so my truck is still there ten days later and now it will be another 3 to 4 days before I get my truck back
